Service advisors and technicians are always courteous and friendly, and technicians are trained and experienced. Here is an example of my satisfaction with Toyota: My 2009 Tacoma TRD developed somewhat loosened steering after some years of some hard use on northern logging roads. A well respected local independent service business told me some parts were needed and the overall estimate was pricey. Toyota informed me that the Tacoma had an adjustment for that on its TRD models, which ended up costing me about $79.00. My experience with Courtesy Toyota and four Toyota vehicles has been all good for ten years now, and they always guarantee their work. More

Positive experience at Courtesy Toyota I went to Courtesy for my regular visit. They were really responsive and upfront about everything. i ended up just getting my oil changed, and my tire I went to Courtesy for my regular visit. They made some renovations In the waiting area. It’s really bright and open now, with more refreshments and magazines. Fast, free WiFi too. I was in and out in less than an hour. More
