If I could give place a negative number of stars I would. Today I had the worst experience with Toyota of Brandon. He said there were two people in my truck and I know that one of them stole my medicine. Zack Kelley refused to give me the names of the people that worked on my truck in an attempt to brush everything under the rug. This is the first time something like this has happened and ALWAYS take my truck there. I'm very disappointed in the way that Zack Kelley handled this situation. HE SHOULD NOT ALLOW HIS WORKERS TO STEAL PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE FROM THE VEHICLES OF UNSUSPECTING VICTIMS. More
Today i spoke with New car Manager David Leszczynski about a Purchase we made with the dealer. Explained i need it a Purchase sale agreement that was not included with our paperwork, after he (with an a about a Purchase we made with the dealer. Explained i need it a Purchase sale agreement that was not included with our paperwork, after he (with an attitude) went through all my paperwork, again with a attitude said, who is asking you for this paperwork and i replay, my son and before i talk to my attorney i need this info he said, dO ME A FAVOR, TELL YOU ATTORNEY TO CONTACT OUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT. What bad experiance i am having with this people, what David dosen't know is that its illegal to refuse to provide this information to a customer and he made a mistake there, instead of diffusing he made the professional decision to transfer me to legal. What kind of manager this company have that instead of fixing an issue tell there customer to sue them. Us has customers have the rights to request the purchase sale agreement that they are refusing to provide us also they sold us a package call superior car protection with the understanding this policy will fix anything inside of the vehicle and outside Aswell and when we call the company today they said the dialer lied to us, that they only cover crashes outside the vehicle. This is horrible, we have a sale man lying to us and a horrible New sale Manager that recommended for us to file a law sue again the dialer. I will contact channel 13 to provide this horrible information also will provide this information to the bbb. More

My over all experience from the sale rep greeting me to walking out was very good. I visited courtesy Toyota of Brandon multiple times within a week and never once ask if i need help or , if anyone wa walking out was very good. I hope CTB revisit this area, as i was greeted by three staff ( front desk, sales, and a staff at another Toyota hours prior. This is not a individual rating as the rep i came in contact with was great. This is not my first experience with this courtesy Toyota of Brandon., I had purchase my first car from them early 2000 before the new renovation . I will definitely recommend the sale rep. Bryan, M who went above and beyond ,stayed pass his shift to ensure to get me a vehicle... The only regret i have on this visit at the time informed , the Rav4 XLE was not on the lot and was 2-3 weeks away, and no way to get a rental/loaner after hours in order to get home.. More
