Bad Experience all around Went to the dealership upon recommendation of a friend who directed me to a salesman named Sunny. I knew of a Toyota recall that involved many make and models with a faulty fuel pump so I decided to try and trade my 2016 Nissan 370z Sport Tec for a 2017 Toyota Double Cab 4x2 Tacoma knowing that truck was free of a recall. Basically I didn't get any deal and in fact they tried to lowball me on my car by telling me they only use NADA book value. I checked several book values and they were all at least $2000.00 higher I knew what my car was worth and fought with them to get what I wanted. They did not budge on the truck and give me deal that I thought I was there for. Sunny can be quoted as saying " You Have To Give Me Something" . It was at that point I knew I should have walked. The whole time I had a bad feeling and should have listened to my gut. I went thru with the deal and as I was getting my things out of the car I noticed that Sunny couldn't get me out of there fast enough. In fact, I had left some important paper work in the car with information that could lead to identity theft. I called as soon as I got home but didn't get a response back for a couple of days. It was a that point I wanted to take the truck back and cancel the whole thing but I didn't think I could. Two weeks later of trying to get things right the pre certified car Director John Alverez got involved. I explained to him that they should have done better and how I felt I got screwed and I told him I wanted to give the truck back but he said no. We went back and forth and knowing I had no recourse we settled on a figure and he gave me his word which I found out meant nothing. I made it clear what was expected and still had to make calls to get things right. In the end the dollar amount was short and it's not the total amount but the principle of how everything was handled from start to finish. They just didn't care and only wanted to make money for themselves...Especially Sunny, to whom I was recommended. NEVER again will I step foot in that dealership and never will I recommend that place to anyone...a truly bad experience all around. They will get theirs Karma is a xxxxx... More

It was a rainy day when I purchased my 2003 4Runner from Courtesy Toyota. Being so I didn't bother to check the sunroof. Sunil had assured me that someone looked over the car, so I felt confident. After all I was buying a Toyota from a Toyota dealer. They know these cars in and out. Well we had a nice day and I went to use my sunroof, and it wouldn't open. Looked into the cars history, and the sunroof was disconnected by another Toyota Dealer since it kept on jamming. Why didn't Courtesy Toyota tell me about this? I guess they wanted to hide it. Within two weeks of owning the car, it had brake issues. Come to find out the rear brakes were metal on metal. Another thing they forgot to mention? or were they trying to hide this as well. Or maybe Sunil had just lied when he said someone checked it out. There was also a recall on the car for a dashboard issue that they didn't do. My local Toyota dealer gave me a hassle about doing it since I had just purchased it from Courtesy Toyota saying they should have done it. Dishonest people who just care about making money. I had contacted them several times over the past few years since I purchased the car, and never heard back. They don't care about the customer experience. Yet they keep on e-mailing me asking me to trade it in. I guess they want to scam more money out of me. Head to carmax, great people there who will actually respond, and take care of you. More

I had a leak in my 2019 rav4 while attempting to fix it the decision was made to replace my headliner as it wouldn’t come clean. This was before Christmas 2019. They had the car two weeks until New Year’s the decision was made to replace my headliner as it wouldn’t come clean. This was before Christmas 2019. They had the car two weeks until New Year’s Eve. I picked it up and found the damaged all the plastic post pieces trying to install the headliner. They also didn’t snap the back cabin light into place. Brought it back in to fix all these issue only to pick up a car with a headliner that can literally be pulled down 3-4 inches. Was told everything would be ordered new only to be told we must come in yet again for the shop to look at it. We asked it to be sent out of the on-site service department was told it couldn’t. It’s 1/22/2020 I’m still battling. I was offered by the GM micheal to be put in a new vehicle and he would make it right. That my car would be bought back at purchase price. This was a lie. I found a vehicle and was offered a price 3k more than their internet sales price and told it’s because my car isn’t worth what they’re paying. The whole dealership is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. More

We thought we had a great deal, but my phone had died before our visit and could not check it while we were there so they convinced us to leave a $500 deposit on a 2018 which could be totally refunded. When we got home I checked prices on the 2018 vehicle we were considering and also another with same low mileage and they were being offered for $5000 less than what you were trying to charge us. Another bad clue the sales person would not give me a copy of your computed prices with taxes and trade-in etc. I knew then we were screwed but had already paid the deposit. First thing the next morning, the 29th, we contacted and ask for our money back. After many calls and texts that week we only got the run around! Now, they say they'll have a check ready for us Tuesday, an astounding 10 days later. We will be there first thing Tuesday morning and it better be ready! No trust or good thoughts left for Brandon Toyota. It would have taken less than 30 seconds to refund our debit deposit and then charging us $5000 over what others were charging for same vehicle and same mileage, you are only interested in padding your pockets and not the in your customer. You were actually charging us for trading in our, originally bought new, Toyota Highlander!!!!!! All those misleading figures on a page and you would not even give me a copy of how you were screwing us. We will see you first thing Tuesday morning, the check had better be ready and then we'll never see you again. By the way, we are keeping our Highlander which we had bought New from Stadium Toyota in 2001. It's still better than any on your lot! More

He was a very polite person he didn't give up on me even after explained about my terrible issues with credit and why he gave me several solutions to get a car but he said we will do all that we can to get you in a car because I told him I didn't believe he could do it that it would need wings and a prayer to get me approved 30 minutes later after casual conversation he came back and congratulated me on my new Kia Optima that he was putting me in to take home. In the middle of all that the online rep never even took the time to try he basically gave up on me passed on a piece of paper. I want to say Mr Joiner you were awesome and pleasant if they had a hundred more like you they would have no problems making sales so for all who reads this ask for Me.
