This dealership is a joke. We were to wait for a car they ordered. They said it would be here on Thursday. The car never came and then they wanted to renegotiate the deal while we waited. We went to Cle they ordered. They said it would be here on Thursday. The car never came and then they wanted to renegotiate the deal while we waited. We went to Clearwater Toyota. We left with a car within 2 hours. Brandon was pushing a cosigner. Clearwater financed the car without a cosigner and said we didn't need one. Come to find out, they had increased the price so much that I wouldn't qualify. They were trying to take me for more than what the car was worth. This dealership is the worst. The car I bought is the 2nd from Clearwater Toyota. We will be buying a new fully loaded Highlander from them this weekend. Even though Courtesy is right down the street, I will drive 45 minutes to not have to deal with these crooks. Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. More
I want to let you know that for the first time ever, I I want to let you know that for the first time ever, I had terrible service from Toyota at Brandon. I negotiated a car last week and the finance man I want to let you know that for the first time ever, I had terrible service from Toyota at Brandon. I negotiated a car last week and the finance manager Fernando Del Toro added 3k more to the negotiated amount and also pulled my credit after he repeatedly said he wouldn't it. I called to speak to the Finance Director and instead I got a David Bean who continuously spoke over me and handed the phone to Fernando back and forth to then come back and ask me, "Who are you talking to again"? Knowing they were both on the line. This has been a horrible experience! I have purchased all my cars from this dealership and this time will sure be the last one! I have never been treated so poorly by such a great brand. Hopefully this messages gets to the right person so you don't loose more customers like me. Great to have you with us, More

Good Prices & Fair Service First off Courtesy gave me the best offer after sending the same email to 6 Toyota dealerships in driving distance. Chris and Dan (Sales manager) were First off Courtesy gave me the best offer after sending the same email to 6 Toyota dealerships in driving distance. Chris and Dan (Sales manager) were very helpful with looking over my trade ins through emails and pictures. This was in the peak of Covid time. That part went very smooth. We had a few minor issues during the sale. Chris had a family emergency and bailed without a word to anybody. When I came back with my second trade he was nowhere to be found and Dan took control. My truck box was supposed to be installed in the new truck. The tech wouldn't do it until it was empty. Nobody bothered to tell me this till it was time to drive the truck home. Dan and I had to do that ourselves. It was mounted half xxx by the tech and not at all right. On my drive home from Brandon to St Petersburg the tire sensor light came on. I contacted Chris and came back a few days later to fix the sensors and install the box correctly. They reset the light and said the box was done. On my way home again the tire light came on. I called Chris again and he said he would talk to the tech and get back to me. I brought it back the following Monday and they changed all 4 sensors and finally installed the box right the 3rd time Amorette my service manager said. On my way home the light came on again and I was about to loose my mind. Again I called Amorette and brought the truck back the 4th time and they put me in a loaner and kept the truck for 3 days. They said it was fixed and I drove back the 35 minutes to Brandon to swap the loaner for my new truck. On the way home the light tripped again for the 5th time yea you are reading this right. Here we go again. I called and Amorette said they would have to contact Toyota and have the truck back for a while. I went back for the 5th time and swapped my new truck for a loaner again. After the tech and Toyota spoke they finally figured out it would need a angled sensor for the computer the read the sensors. It was finally fixed and i went back for my new truck for the final time to bring it home. Once home I noticed they installed a new nobby tire on one of my wheels. My other 3 tires are performance all season radials. So I called Amorette and she said one of my tires had a screw in the sidewall so they replaced it. I said it's not a good match with the other 3 and wanted something else to match the others. She said no problem and ordered my a new performance tire to match the others. Three days later it came in and I scheduled to come get it swapped out. Went back and waited 2.5 hours only to walk outside to leave and noticed they ordered a bigger nobby tire and installed it on my truck. At this point Sara was helping me this day and said she screwed up and ordered the wrong tire. My question is how did the tire tech not notice and question that? They replaced the first wrong tire back on my truck and 3 hours later I was driving back home. Amorette text and said the new tire is here with pictures and bring the truck back to get it installed. So in the month since I bought my truck. I have sat in the service area 5 times for 2.5 hours or more each visit. They kept my truck in service for a total of 14 days. All said and done my brand new truck has 800+ miles from dealing with all this and I may have put maybe 150 of them on it during the 14 days it's been in my driveway. Some positives, they filled up my gas tank 3 times during all this, threw in all weather floor mats, and gave me a gift certificate of $250 towards future service. More

worst service dept and dealer I've ever dealt with Horrible service department! With an appointment at 7am still took over 20 minutes for someone to receive the car. Cars that came after me were bein Horrible service department! With an appointment at 7am still took over 20 minutes for someone to receive the car. Cars that came after me were being taken care of and I had to let someone know that I continue to wait!! Now more than ever Toyota needs to organize their service Dept and it continues to be the same or even worse now, love my suv but completely disagree how they manage their service Dept. After 4.5 hours having the car in service, get a call around 11am from the manager BSing me about my review! Instead of finding the root cause about the bigger issue, the water intrusion. See the attached pic, don’t believe this is a minor issue!!!! Crazy to say the managers statement was why bring it to courtesy if the initial service was done at Lakewood Toyota, well I purchase my SUV to a Brand name Toyota not courtesy or anyone else. And preferred a 15 minute commute to 1 hour commute since I live in Brandon!! Refusing to fix my car why??? Why because is not a courtesy car??? Crazy experience that says enough about this dealer and management! Picked up my car after no worked being done and now will be stuck in the garage until I can take to another Toyota service Dept!!!! Had to give you one star but reality this dealer doesn’t deserve NOT ONE! Adding that car was purchased in May 2020 and only has 900+ miles now. New car, any Toyota service Dept should jump on this critical issue and fix it!!! More
Worst Service ever! They tried to tell us our axles needed replacing, and they did it complimentary. We just confirmed that THEY damaged the axles when removing the engine for some work, and then, inst needed replacing, and they did it complimentary. We just confirmed that THEY damaged the axles when removing the engine for some work, and then, instead of telling us, they replaced them with one used axle and one after market axle from NAPA and not OEM axles. They did not tell us THAT part. Well guess what? We caught your act!! You may have ripped us off, but hopefully this will stop someone from going there. I will NEVER recommend them or EVER take my vehicle there again! More
