I went to the service center because my car was making noise when I go over speed bumps. I had to wait over 2 hours just for a diagnosis, and then I was told the strut needed to be replaced, costing over noise when I go over speed bumps. I had to wait over 2 hours just for a diagnosis, and then I was told the strut needed to be replaced, costing over $1000. They said I could drop off the car the next day and get a loaner, but when I did, they said no loaner was available, so I had to take Lyft. The following day, after receiving a text that my car was ready, I paid the full amount and took the car, but it still had the same noise. Jeffery, the advisor, was unhelpful and argumentative. I was told to bring the car back the next day at 3:00 pm for further inspection, but when I arrived, they didn't check the car as promised because the mechanic who worked on it was off duty. It's frustrating that they scheduled the appointment when no other mechanics were available. I contacted Toyota corporate and opened a case. During the investigation, I discovered that Jeffery never updated the system with my visit or the work performed. It's suspicious and concerning why this wasn't updated. I have to return to get it checked again, and I plan to follow up with Toyota corporate and management regarding this matter. More

I was looking to purchase a new car, and the salesperson I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and features. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and then guided me towards the vehicles that would be a good fit for me. Once I had made my decision, the process of negotiating the price and finalizing the paperwork was smooth and efficient. The dealership offered competitive pricing, and I felt like I was getting a fair deal. They were also transparent about any additional fees or charges, which I appreciated. Overall, my experience at this dealership was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me find the right car for my needs, and I never felt pressured or rushed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new.
