Stopped on a whim with no previous knowledge about dealership. Pleasantly surprised by size and amenities that included large service area seating. Chairs and tables if you want along with multiple tv dealership. Pleasantly surprised by size and amenities that included large service area seating. Chairs and tables if you want along with multiple tv’s a coffee/ice water area and vending machines. Very large woman’s restroom that was very clean and supplied nicely. Met sales consultant David Snead who ended up selling me a new car after showing me one I had read about and wanted to see. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable made the buying with trade in experience relatively painless. All in all the the day spent at the dealer from driving in to driving out with new car was good day! I would certainly recommend Courtesy Toyota and my salesman David to anyone in the market for a Toyota. More
I've been a Toyota fan and specially this dealer but with the last experience that I had to do just a simple oil and filter change plus tire rotation took 3 hours.
