The Worst! !! Terrible On May 10, 2024, I brought my 2008 Toyota Camry to be serviced at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon for multiple caution lights on and speedome !! Terrible On May 10, 2024, I brought my 2008 Toyota Camry to be serviced at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon for multiple caution lights on and speedometer not reading. I was advised by service advisor Mohammed Nassar to have a diagnosed test on my vehicle. After the diagnosed test, I was given a repair estimate breakdown of all the services I needed to correct the problem which were causing the caution lights to come on. I was also given repair estimates on items that were not related to what I came in for. After reviewing the items on the repair estimate that were advised by your repair specialist. I chose to get all the items that were related to the engine and motor repaired. These repairs totaled to $2778.58. Unfortunately, before leaving the Toyota service area I noticed that my check engine light was still on. I informed the service advisor, and he advised me that he would have his senior car service technician look at my vehicle again. The next day after looking at the vehicle I was told that the problems related to my vehicle were beyond the scope of the initial repair estimate. I was then given an additional engine replacement estimate of approximate $6000.00. If I knew that the car repairs were beyond the limits of the initial repair estimate, I would never have agreed to get any repairs. My complaint is that I was given poor advise from the Toyota repair specialist. These specialists are supposed to be highly trained technicians that understand Toyota vehicles better than anyone else. More
