I was dreading a big bill upon completion of service but was pleasantly surprised to learn that I didn’t owe anything because everything was under warranty. The only glitch I encountered was that the person who performed the service on my vehicle inadvertently changed the time on my clock, and I didn’t realize it until I was on my way home. While this may sound like a small matter, at 83, it’s a big deal to me. I had to go on YouTube to figure out how to set the clock. Even still, overall it was a pleasant experience. More
