Pros: Service completed as requested, customer amenities were very adequate, and my service manager was very kind, considerate, and helpful. Upon arriving and as I waited for someone to check me in, one of the service reps kept cursing and cursing as part of his casual conversation. While I’m not a prude, I do not find this to be very unprofessional. Once I entered the customer lounge area, it was quite loud with multiple TVs, blaring multiple movies. Within the first few minutes of being in the area, I saw several things that were not appropriate on the TVs for an all age audience. Since I had to come during my work time, I was attempting to complete some work while waiting in the area, but due to the extreme volume of the TVs and multiple salesman yelling across the area, it was virtually impossible. I did query about a quiet room to be able to take a conference call and was directed to the mother’s room. Upon entering the mother’s room, the music was so loud that there was no way I could take a call in there. Thankfully, the children’s room was empty And I was able to sit in the very small chairs and complete my conference call in there. The scheduling process was online, which was fine, but I did not realize it was still a first come, first serve type of situation. I had to wait in upwards of 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Not acceptable. As far as I can tell, the service was completed as requested. Again, my specific service rep was very nice. Overall, this was not a great experience. I will most likely find a different dealer next time. More

My experience at Toyota Brandon was excellent. My sales representative was Nick Belanger. Nick was easy going and didn't put any pressure or ask for our credit score right away. He understood what we were looking for and got us what we wanted. He Work in our favor. Manager Nikkios was fair in our deal and was welling to work with us for other options . I didn't meet a manager Daniel but he actually approved a nicer deal and we accepted. Thanks guys. Definitely would refer Nick and Toyota Brandon. 5 stars More

My service started at 0700 and took less than an hour and a half. Kevin, the service tech that took care of my appointment explained everything that was going to be done on the appointment. He also pointed out procedures and/or parts that need immediate and/or upcoming maintenance in order to keep my car running at maximum efficiency. Kevin was a constant professional. He went above and beyond to explain things to me that I may not have been clear all the while training a team member to boot!! From what I observed he did an excellent job as a trainer as well. More

I came in on 1/25 for an oil change and tire rotation and was unfortunately deceived by the crew who claimed to complete the tire rotation but did not do soc I know this for a fact because before coming in, was unfortunately deceived by the crew who claimed to complete the tire rotation but did not do soc I know this for a fact because before coming in, my tires were marked to ensure that I was able to see which ones were rotated, and none of them were. While Victor, the service person who helped us out, was extremely kind and willing to complete the service after hearing that it was not done, I’m extremely disappointed that I did not receive the service I paid for. Had I not marked the tires, I would have no idea that the service was not completed. It is extremely frustrating to know that I cannot trust this dealership to complete the services being paid for, and while in this instance it was simply tire rotation, I would not feel confident bringing my car here for more essential maintenance. I will not be coming here again. More
