I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early to be told there was 3 hour wait. When I asked about my appointment I was told that my appointment was to wait in line. When I went back in the service rep told me he was sorry that we had a communication error and it took 2 1/2 more hours. I will never go back to this dealer. More
