I bought my 2024 RAV4 in April from Austin and it was a no hassle stress free experience!! Monday I just had my first oil change and Victor was amazing in service also. I wasted my time at this dealership and they were to expensive. I went there for a multi point inspection and I told my service advisor that I wanted to know what was causing the vibration of my car whe expensive. I went there for a multi point inspection and I told my service advisor that I wanted to know what was causing the vibration of my car when it goes past a certain speed. Needless to say they were going to charge me a minimum of $150 diagnostic for only 30 minutes and if they had to spend longer time on my care then it was going to more. They had recommended services from the multi point inspection which were already done at another shop too. Then after I left the dealership I contacted my service advisor about an hour later about a part for my car and she never responded until two days later. More
