Nick at courtesy Toyota in Brandon Florida was amazing and I would suggest him to anyone. I was ready to walk out of the dealership from a previous sales agent but Nick came and took great care of me caus and I would suggest him to anyone. Ben Walker was spot on. We briefly chatted over the phone. I expressed my interest over the car I wanted, and by the time I got there and met with him, it was ready. When I was walking through the showroom, I noticed the same carpet, but in a different color and he went above and beyond to get me a great deal on the car. Arrractive appearance, clean, polite staff. My one objection is that they do not vacuum and wash the car after servicing. Poor excuse for customer service. I leased a Tundra earlier this year and was given only 1 smart key. Toyota issued a recall to give the second smart key free of charge since they are I leased a Tundra earlier this year and was given only 1 smart key. Toyota issued a recall to give the second smart key free of charge since they are recovering from a chip shortage. I called up Courtesy Toyota of Brandon to schedule an appointment and was given some attitude by the service department telling me “we only deliver one key.” I showed them the recall, the parts department ordered it. After a bit of back and forth, I finally got an appointment to come in for the second smart key to be set up. I called to let them know I couldn’t be able to make it because something came up. There was no appointment set up. I told the service department what it was for but the operator told me there wouldn’t be a key available and he would have to email the parts department to call me back. I told him that it was already set up and the key was ready but he got very snarky and said “well, you can set up the appointment, if the key is here, it’s here. If it’s not, it’s not here.” I am up to my last nerve with these people. I wish I never came to this dealership in the first place. Since day one, it has all been going downhill. At least I am given the “Courtesy” to be screwed by them. More
