We leased a new 2024 RAV4 from Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. We notified the dealership that the "Check engine soon" light was on. They said to bring the car in for a quick fix. We waited over three hours and we were told they could not diagnose the problem and would give us a loaner after we paid $100.00. The dealership told us they contacted Toyota to help solve the problem. Several days later we were told the new 2024Rav4 needed a new engine harness. The dealership had the car for three weeks. This was quite an inconvenience for us in many ways, especially since our disabled license plate was on our car. We wanted to get a different car, since an engine harness problem is serious, but the only option they gave us was for a car costing $150 more per month. More

I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early to be told there was 3 hour wait. When I asked about my appointment I was told that my appointment was to wait in line. Then after 3 hours they told me m told there was 3 hour wait. When I asked about my appointment I was told that my appointment was to wait in line. Then after 3 hours they told me my car was ready, but when I drove out of the lot I realized that had not repaired my bad sensor. When I went back in the service rep told me he was sorry that we had a communication error and it took 2 1/2 more hours. I will never go back to this dealer. More
