While I appreciate the advisor that I work with and being able to use a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop, the rental department at this dealership is severely lacking in customer service. I worked with the older lady to be put in a rental vehicle – she was rude and unpleasant. Upon approaching the guest services area to return the rental key after picking my car up, she asked “what do you need?” What happened to “Hi, how are you?”??? To add insult to injury, she accused me of smoking in the vehicle – I’m not a smoker, never have been a day in my life. Once she “verified” with someone else that the vehicle did, in fact, NOT smell like smoke, no apology for the accusation followed, just “you’re good.” I can’t imagine having to pay a fee to deodorize a vehicle that so clearly didn’t smell like smoke…because I don’t smoke and apparently, I was the first one to drive it. Also, when I was paying my RO, I noticed that the total was high because it included an hour of diag that I was told should have been billed to warranty. Had I not pointed this out, I would have overpaid $200+ for something that was supposed to be covered by warranty. I can’t imagine how many customers have had the same issue but hadn’t noticed and ended up overpaying. I’ve been to this dealership about 6 times since purchasing my vehicle in October 2023, but only 1/3 of those experiences have been positive which leads me to believe that I should probably get service elsewhere. More
