The floor salesman were what you would expect, but the woman in the finance department almost sank the entire deal herself. I started out very polite, but she ignored my requests and continued to ask if I wanted to buy more services. After the third time of her asking, despite me telling her to stop, I got up, walked out. I found the closest manager and told him that if they didn't resolve this right away I'm walking out. They found someone else to close the deal, but the blatant and obvious disrespect had me shaking in anger. I understand the games associated with buying cars, but I was never respected by her and she represents the dealership as much as anyone else working there. Apparently "No" doesn't mean "No" to them. It's been some time so I cannot remember the woman's name, but I still remember the experience. The Courtesy group is equally as awful and I doubt I would ever buy another vehicle from them again. I'd rather travel to another city before I step foot back in there especially the Toyota dealership. Before you set foot in any dealership do your homework, watch some videos on how to 'play the game', but most of all don't feel afraid to say no and walk out. More

The service writers are good. However, I agreed to a wheel alignment at a specific price and when I checked out there was a shop fee of $19 added to the bill. This is why people don’t come back to the dealership for service. Really dumb idea that hurts repeat business and when my warranty is up I’ll get service elsewhere. Also had a problem at Courtesy Nissan gouging me on a lease return fee which I caught before it was too late. I hope management sees this. More
