Mr. Galia was very responsive and EXTREMELY fair! I was able to find a vehicle I liked at the most favorable cost as compared to dealerships around Florida. I used the USAA Vehicle Buying Service. I looked around and priced new Toyotas for two weeks before I made it to the Internet Sales Department at Courtesy Toyota. Within 30 minutes of dealing with Rollin via e-mail and phone conversations, I had the best price on exactly what I was looking for. I received an honest price for my trade and did not have to haggle over the bottom line whatsoever. I would highly recommend you contact this dealership if you are serious about buying a new Toyota and don't want to play the usual "shell games". More
We are in bad times according to the news, and I am in the need of a new truck. I did the research and Toyota seems to be the favorite. I went to Courtesy Toyota in Tampa Florida to ask about a new Tund the need of a new truck. I did the research and Toyota seems to be the favorite. I went to Courtesy Toyota in Tampa Florida to ask about a new Tundra. Jacob Sykes, as he said his name was, was not interested in dealing. He said they sell to many Tundras to negotiate and I should go elsewhere. No Lying here, that is what he told me. " Largest Volume Toyota anywhere" was his next comment. I never in my life have seen a salesman label a situation so fast and not talk to a potential sale. I am a serious buyer that was shot down by a company that had a very bad loss last quarter. I guess Jacob is eating well and Courtesy Autogroup Toyota is very busy, because they just pushed me to buy at Toyota at Stadium in Tampa. If you need a truck in Tampa either avoid Jacob, or avoid Courtesy all together, the other three dealerships in town will treat you better. More
I had been looking at a car online. I contacted internet sales dealer Peter Galia and within a week I got into the exact car I wanted. The funny thing is the car I wanted wasn't even on their lot, they made sales dealer Peter Galia and within a week I got into the exact car I wanted. The funny thing is the car I wanted wasn't even on their lot, they made a deal with another dealership to get me the car I wanted. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours with the keys in my hand with the financing and options I wanted. Jay Friedman and Peter Galia made this the easiest and pain free experience of my life. 5 stars! Great dealership they will work with you any way they can. More

I recently tried to purchase a white Highlander with specific options from a local Toyota dealership. After nearly a month of them trying to sell me a different color Highlander with diferent options, specific options from a local Toyota dealership. After nearly a month of them trying to sell me a different color Highlander with diferent options, I completed my own internet search and located what I wanted at Courtesy Toyota in Brandon. I contacted Jim Andrews via email, we negotiated a price and I bought it the next day. I was going to sell my existing vehicle myself, but they offered me a very fair price and eliminated the hassle of selling it. I felt very comfortable with Jim and would highly recommend you contact him if you are in the market to buy a new Toyota. The only blemish was with the additional options I had added but the confusion could have been due to a long holiday weekend. Nevertheless, Jim helped out there also and overall it would not change my recommendation nor my decision to go back in the future. It was worth it to me to drive past several other Toyota dealerships to deal with Jim Andrews. I hope this has helped. More
I was contacted by Mr.Tymec in Oct. about my recent oil change at courtesy and then he asked me if they could buy back my 4runner. I then made an appointment with him. He looked at my 4runner and then I change at courtesy and then he asked me if they could buy back my 4runner. I then made an appointment with him. He looked at my 4runner and then I test drove a 2007 Sequoia. The deal seemed to be going great. My husband went in and also liked the car.We signed all documentation and then two days into me having the Sequoia Rick called me and told me I'd have to fix my windshield there was a crack in it.If he would have mentioned this to me when I came to pick the Sequoia up I would have had this done thru my insurance. Then he asked me to put the 4runner back on my insurance ( I had cancelled it when I picked up the Sequoia) and call my insurance company in a few days and tell them there was a crack in it. I am a very honest person and could not do this.. I felt it was fradulant for me to do this and not honest. I told him I wouldn't do it. The next week the paper work on the Sequoia was wrong so my husband and I had to re sign. there was one paper they missed so someone had to bring it up to our house. It also took 3 weeks for them to issue a check to us which was part of our deal. Last week I had to go back in since no one ever told me this I had to sign off on the 4runner because it was a lease. to me this should have been done first. My 4runner sat there for one month and no one told me this important information. Anyway we are very dissapointed in this deal and will not return to purchase anymore vehicles from Courtesy. Lastly I would also like to say when we leased our 4runner in 05 it was presented to use as a new car. At my 1st oil change I found our this car had been hit on Courtesy's lot, it was not disclosed to us. I thought I'd give Courtesy the benefit of the doubt but unfortunatly this deal was sour as well. GOOD POINTS: I researched the vehicle I was looking for GOOD POINTS: I researched the vehicle I was looking for and Mark was able to seal the deal with a good price over the internet. Since I already had GOOD POINTS: I researched the vehicle I was looking for and Mark was able to seal the deal with a good price over the internet. Since I already had the finance aspect taken care of, the process was completed within a short time. "Staff were friendly and down to earth." NOT SO GOOD POINTS: I drove three hours to get the vehicle and contacted Mark before leaving to ensure everything would be lined up. When I arrived, the vehicle was not detailed as expected. There was a newspaper, coathanger and matches still left inside and the drivers side mat had dirt on it as if it had been driven recently. The vehicle had 400 more miles on it than originally posted and the truck was on empty. I informed Mark of these issues and when he went to get gas he only filled it to a half a tank. I also think the smoking area for employees shouldn't be at the front doors since this is where your going to give the first impression to customers. Since I have purchased a new vehicle every two years since I was eighteen, I would say they would get the lowest ranking of past experiences. More
The entire experience was very professional. Monique, our sales representative was very helpful and most importantly wasn't pushy. Everyone was very pleasant and answered all of questions.
