I did my research and found the type of car that I wanted. Matt (doing most of the final work) and Russ were courteous, conversational, pleasant, helpful and not "sales-y (pushy)". The car that I wanted was in the inventory of one of their sister dealerships and was there the next day (it was close enough to pull that off). The experience was a delight: no ingenuine haggling, nothing but pleasant and conversational. I recommend dealing with Matt or Russ without hesitation and would gladly go to them again. I think that they represent themselves and Courtesy Toyota well! More

All of my previous experiences with this dealership had been less than pleasing. I have been a customer for another Toyota Dealership for 17 years and this time I an say that Dealership dropped the ball a been less than pleasing. We searched all the Dealers in Lakeland, and a few in Orlando, one in Tampa..and got the toyota truck we were looking for at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. Not only was it in stock, but $2000.00 less than Orlando, one in Tampa..and got the toyota truck we were looking for at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. Not only was it in stock, but $2000.00 less than all the other dealers. No high pressure sales (we were pressed by all the others)..Just "here's the deal"...that was it! In and out in an hour. We drove home in the new toyota and love it! Matt was straight to the point, very friendly, and even tied balloons to the truck to impress the wife! We were impressed with not only the salesmen, but finance as well! More

My wife and I purchased a 2010 Toyota Sienna Limited Minivan on 01/11/10, with the Blizzard Pearl color and minimal mileage requested. We had checked 2 other Toyota dealerships to search for our desired Minivan on 01/11/10, with the Blizzard Pearl color and minimal mileage requested. We had checked 2 other Toyota dealerships to search for our desired 2010 minivan with less than 100 miles, without any success. We had also evaluated the Honda Odyssey at the Honda dealership, but determined that the Toyota Sienna was a better value for similar features. Matt Dennison was very friendly, courteous, and "not pushy". He was determined to help us find the minivan of our choice. He was always helpful with questions, even days and weeks after the sale. I will definitely recommend Matt to anyone who is interested in buying a Toyota vehicle. More

My wife and I purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander from this Dealership after comparing prices of identical vehicles here in Brevard County where we live. I had heard of Courtesy Toyota from a friend. We were able to purchase the Highlander for $1154.00 less than the best deal in Brevard. Our salesperson, Rollin, did everything he said he would do and more! We were very specific regarding the options and trim level of the vehicle to be purchased. Rollin searched other Dealers inventory until he found the vehicle that met our requirements. There was never any attempt to put us into a vehicle we did not want. This vehicle was for my wife so I wanted her to conduct the test drive and learn about the vehicle, while I stayed at the Dealership. Rollin went with my wife on the test drive and explained the attributes of this vehicle. My wife was impressed with the time Rollin took in explaining the features and answering questions, regarding this vehicle. The final price was exactly what we were quoted in the emails we exchanged. The only area requiring improvement is the Finance and Insurance office. To complete the deal, one must meet with the F-I employee who completes the required paperwork and tries to sell you on additional items. At most Dealerships, that person received a percentage of what extras they sell you. John Hipp was the F-I employee we worked with. We declined John's offer on all of the items/packages he was trying to sell us. He became somewhat pushy and irritable at this point. The paperwork was finished and we departed with an outstanding vehicle. More
