I am in the market to buy a car and I contacted Courtesy Toyota about their cars. I spoke with Michael McGraw about what I was interested in seeing. He was very informative and I made an appointment to see some of the cars at his dealership. Michael showed my husband and I several cars. He answered all of our questions and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with Courtesy Toyota. We test drove two cars. Although the prices were reasonable on the cars we drove, we are choosing to wait before we make our decision. We were very happy with Michaels friendly assistance with our car search. We will definitely contact Michael before we make our final decision on our new vehicle. Thank you. L. Crowther More

I was in the middle of writing my comments and my niece hit the enter button. I'd like to finish. Please add this to the other response. John kept having to redo his numbers because I didn't want to go as hit the enter button. I'd like to finish. Please add this to the other response. John kept having to redo his numbers because I didn't want to go as high as he needed it. I was sure we were going home with the old Rav 4. He was so kind. When he deal was all worked out, the car was brought up on the landing and it looked beautiful. Not a scratch or mark anywhere. The gentleman that was wiping the last bit of wax off opened the hood and showed me where to check the oil and all. John came out and showed me what everything was and where things were. It is very similar to my Rav. When we got back to Lakeland (home) John already emailed me and thanked me for coming. I sure will spread the word in Lakeland that it was worth the drive to Brandon to get treated kindly. I only bought my Rav in Lakeland because I'm and idiot. Their service department stinks and no one ever talks to you about the progress of your car. They sure weren't as nice as your sales department. I just knew I would never buy another car at Lakeland Toyota. I hope your service department is open on Saturday mornings, so I can drive it over there for servicing. It looks like I may have lost everything. My first part mentioned how friendly John was on the internet. We emailed frequently over a week or so. He spent a lot of time trying to fit my mom's wheelchair into a trunk after it wouldn't in the back of the Matrix. I really was looking forward to the Matrix. I was surprised by how much space there was in the Corolla trunk. John was very patient with both of us. I started the last message out by telling you how I ended up at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. I was taking my sister to the airport for and early flight and at 4_00 AM my check engine light came on. I was at the Orient Rd. exit and thought I'd better go find a place with lights on to park. We turned and got to Martin Luther King Blvd and the 7 eleven was open. I pulled in and got a tow truck to tow the car to the nearest Toyota car dealership. We got a taxi and sat from 5:00 AM until someone came in the service drive of the dealership. The woman, service manager, was very kind and allowed me to call the school I teach at to let them know what was happening and she kept up updated on the progress of the car and kept the school updated also. I got to school at 11:30. It's an hour drive from Brandon home. I was impressed at how fast they worked and got me back on the road. More
My wife wanted to buy a new Corolla. The salesman, manager and finance team were extremely accommodationg in every area from options, color, delivery, speed of documentation and finacing. I had the n manager and finance team were extremely accommodationg in every area from options, color, delivery, speed of documentation and finacing. I had the need to go back to the dealership a short time after the purchase and visit the service department (ancillaries)and again, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Usually, visiting a car dealership is daunting, to say the least. This team was laid back, courteous, accommodating in every which way possible. It was a real pleasure to see this change in an industry that has a sour reputation for agressiveness, underhandness, discourteousness and in some cases intimidation. I will use this dealership again and will not hesitate to recommend there services to others. John Hayes More
Going to car dealerships is to me a frightening experience. Why, well as you drive in you see, as I call the sales persons, vultures, waiting to pounce on you as you get out the car door. I feel experience. Why, well as you drive in you see, as I call the sales persons, vultures, waiting to pounce on you as you get out the car door. I feel this concept of a sales person acquiring a customer should be changed. Knowing that I had a sales person to meet made me feel more at ease when I got out of he car. I found Mr. Cardona and this dealership through the internet. I emailed him and he immediately answered. We spoke on the phone and made an appointment to see him the following day. Mr. Cardona was very courteous, pleasant and suggested, after test driving the Corella, I might like to test drive a Camry. There was no harsh sales pitch, just a suggestion. So I tried and purchased the Camry. Mr. Jeramie Snelling tried to get me to buy the car before I left for lunch. I wanted to talk about the car and price with my sister who was with me which I expressed to Mr. Snelling, he relented and said to bring back the receipt and lunch would be on him. I forgot to give him the receipt in the excitement of buying the car. Mr. Snelling was also very pleasant and courteous and I am assuming fair with me and the price ,as I related to him that I was recently widowed and had not bought a car in 10 years. Over all my experience with this dealership and the people who work for it was very good. More
Hello, My name is Cliff, and after building my 2008 Prius online at Toyota.com, I tried to buy it locally. This was not meant to be. During mid November my wife Beth, and I, went down to Tampa to visit frien online at Toyota.com, I tried to buy it locally. This was not meant to be. During mid November my wife Beth, and I, went down to Tampa to visit friends and while there, called both dealerships. The very professional Caryl Herschman from Courtesy Toyota, called me back, and after listening to what I wanted, took my order. We never met until five weeks later, when she Drove 75 miles north, to pick us up. This was a most pleasant buying experience, and I recommend to anyone out of town or unable to shop the lot, to call Caryl, and buy the car you want, from a professional that cares. The dealership offers low purchase prices, and a valet transport for customers getting their cars serviced. This is a very nice touch to an already first class operation. There informmed friendly staff, that works well together, makes any trip to get there worth the wait. My name is Cliff, and I aprove this message ! More
We knew what kind of car we wanted and what we wanted in it. Caryl helped us find that car, we waited while it was built at the factory. We had a very good experience. We wanted a Prius because my husband drives around 100 miles a day to and from work. We had expected a long wait. I'd say 3 days was amazing. I think, thank you Caryl and the staff at Courtesy! More
