WE TRIED TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS SAME DEALERSHIP IN 2005 WHEN WE BOUGHT THE TOYOTA SIENNA VAN, BUT THE SERVICE AND PRICE WAS NOT GOOD ON OUR FIRST VISIT, THEREFORE WE WENT ELSEWARE. THIS TIME WE WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP FIRST AGAIN, AND THERE ATTITUDE ABOUT SELLING US A NEW CAR HAD CHANGED. WE WERE VERY HAPPY FROM THE FIRST TIME WE MET IGOR STEPANENKO, WHO IN OUR OPINION IS THE BEST SALES PERSON WE HAVE HAD TO SERVE US. Started my "quest" for an FJ Cruiser on-line. I received immediate feedback from Mr. Alvarez who forwarded me info and followed up by telephone on what I was looking for.
