I have purchased my second Corolla from Courtesy; i.e. 2009 and 2012. I've been pleased with the service with the exception of one visit. I waited in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes and the car still had not been serviced. I was NOT a happy camper. Turns out, it was during lunch time for the workers. Seems to me that the dealership could plan work schedules so that incoming clients are NOT inconvenienced due to workers' lunch. Plan work schedules such as: 7-4 and 10-7 so there is no lack of workers available to take care of customers. More
