This is my second Toyota from Courtesy. The first one was a Camry and lasted forever. After 240k miles, I couldn't kill it, so I gave the car to my son. He is still working on it. With the car gone, it seemed like a Prius might be similarly reliable. Julio Vargas and Courtesy offered a competitive price and I am happy with the purchase. Thinking about it, I don't have much bad to say. I originally put a deposit on a Prius C that was on order and coming in the following week. After doing some more research, and thinking about it, I decided the regular Prius sedan was what I wanted. Julia/Courtesy were very good, switched to the sedan, and keep the pricing competitive. I needed a couple of things worked on with my vehicle and I couldn't ask for better service. I needed to get my new keys programmed for my car and the issue took longer then expected because of the unexpecte I couldn't ask for better service. They gave me a rental in no time. They kept me updated on the work that was being done. They were and still are very friendly and courteous. Another time it needed a fuse changed and a wiper part replaced and again Chad took the car and the job was done within 30 with no appointment made. I just dropped by and he took care of it. I thought I would need to make an appointment which wouldn't have been a problem. I trust when I take my car in for services they will take care of it. As a matter of fact because of the service I recieved my husband now wants to buy a car from toyota. He appreciates how they have taken care of me and my vehicle in no time. Great service department! I spent months looking for my "dream car", I found it at Courtesy Toyota. I called them to set up an appointment to test drive it. I got lost on my first trip to the dealership so I called my original salesman Mark Munson, to let him know that I was on my way but was lost, he was so nice and polite, not to mention patient, so he rerouted me and even though I arrived way past my appointment schedule, my salesman was great. I test drove the car and it was just as I imagined: A DREAM! On my next visit, I had the great experience of meeting a new salesman John Dyer, who was just a sweetheart. John did everything he could and more to get me in the car of my dreams. My daughter and I had a long wait(my fault) but John and the rest of the employees at the dealership made us as comfortable as we could be. i really enjoyed the professionalism of the people at Courtesy Toyota, and I wish that I had found them sooner. They are very polite and knowledgeable about the car business and I would totally recommend to anyone who is looking for a new or used car to check them out first! COURTESY TOYOTA ROCKS!!! I would probably have scored a 5 for this dealership except for one thing...after making a deal on a car and providing a deposit, and then selling our car to a private buyer, we were told that our new c except for one thing...after making a deal on a car and providing a deposit, and then selling our car to a private buyer, we were told that our new car was sold to someone else and to get another in the same color would take 2 weeks. We settled on a different color because we could not go 2 weeks without a car. Having said that, we are happy with our car and with the overall experience of working with Courtesy Toyota. Hank Keller was great. He even came in on his day off to make delivery to us on the day we chose to pick up our new car. More
