We are very happy with this dealership. It had a good selection of Priuses, the car I was interested in. My husband negotiated with Ernie Allen for a very good deal on a PriusC. Sunil was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He made sure that my wife and I got a great price on our new 2013 Corolla S. I was offered a good trade in deal on my 2005 Avalon through the mail and I was very reluctent to go to the dealer because I thought it would be a bait and switch deal. On my first visit with Todd I mad through the mail and I was very reluctent to go to the dealer because I thought it would be a bait and switch deal. On my first visit with Todd I made it clear that I wanted a good deal and I did not want to waste my time going back and forth and made it clear that I have owned four Toyota vehicles and I just wanted a good deal as a return customer. I was in and out on Friday in less than one hour with an idea of what Todd would do for me.I arrived the following morning at 9 am and was on my way home with the vehicle I wanted to show my wife within 1 -1/2 hour. With the deal I received and the honesty I decided to trade my Avalon and purchase a new Camary. The deal and financing I was given was excellent. Todd and Matt shoud be rewarded for doing an excellent job. I will recommend both to anyone wanting to be treated professionally and to get a great deal on a new vehicle with minimal pain. Our entire experience was great when purchasing our new truck. There was no back and forth, just straight forward with the price. Everyone was helpful and courteous. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. My sales person was very demeaning, disrespectful and dishonest. He had just arrived to the United States from another country and kept com business. My sales person was very demeaning, disrespectful and dishonest. He had just arrived to the United States from another country and kept commenting on how crazy and spoiled Americans are. I was trading in my car and when the sales guy went to appraise it; he stole an old, expired insurance card from my glove box. We did not make a deal that day. He called me the next day to tell me I forgot my insurance card and I needed to come back to get it; he procced to call me non stop until I came back in. I thought that was weird considering I had both of my current insurance cards in my wallet. The guy rummaged through my car and STOLE from me! The general manager told me at least four times that he did not care if he loses my business. The financial manager called my boyfriend a puppet because he was negotiating the deal for me. I asked for the Carfax several different times and they never provided it. I had to obtain the Carfax from a friend that worked at a different dealership. I will never refer this dealership to anyone. They are extremely rude, dishonest, unprofessional and for a lack of better terms; SHADY. I have contacted the BBB. More

The price, selection and service from this dealership exceeded my expectations in every way. I have some (very little) experience as a car owner from three different car manufacturers, have rented many exceeded my expectations in every way.
