As a long time Toyota owner, when I was ready for a new car, I naturally chose Toyota. Starr, is an excellent sale person. I was shopping for an Avalon XLE Touring and visited several Toyota Dealerships much closer to my home. I never liked shopping for a new vehicle due to pushy sales people. I decided to visit Courtesy Toyota after looking at their website, Starr called me the next day and I was NOT very nice to her at first and told her I didn't like pushy sales people, if I needed her assistance I would let her know. She let me look and left me alone. I did have some questions, she answered them and NEVER once was pushy. I warmed up to her and began to feel more comfortable with the whole sales experience. She gave me the bottom line, didn't waste my time, answered my questions. gave me my trade-in value and was very friendly and patient with me. I began to warm up to her and felt myself getting excited. I had a few other dealership call me and offered me deals stating they could beat anything Courtesy offered. I did not think of Star as a " car sales person" rather I thought of her as a friend, she won me over, and I am loyal to my friends. It did not matter what the others could offer me, my loyalty belonged to Starr. I love my Avalon. Thank you More

I visited over five dealers before going to Courtesy Toyota. I was given a contact name through Consumer Reports, but he was not available, so luckily I was guided through sales process by J.R. I was in a difficult situation with having credit in repair, no money to put down, and limited wiggle room on my car payment at that time. Steve was confident that he could help me, and I could feel that he was being genuine through the phone. He did not try and up sell me on a car that would put me in an uncomfortable situation. He listened to what I needed, and where I could budge and narrowed it down to one definite and one potential car "candidate." He worked pretty intensely with Lam in trying to work it out to my advantage, and then put me in touch with him so that we could work one-on-one. What a team. Steve made me feel like I was being taken care of, and Lam made me clear that he was pushing as many buttons as humanly possible to get a deal worked out within my guidelines. And now...I'm a proud owner of a 2013 Toyota Camry. Thanks to the whole team; great crew. More

I received a quote to buy back my 2010 Toyota Tundra. Sean was directed to me, and worked with me on the internet side. Between his hard work, and dedication to serving us, I was able to trade my Tundra in for a new Toyota Rav 4. Lam Nguyen, the financial person, was great also. He was able to lower my payments, and get me a lower interest rate. These two individuals, Sean Bone and Lam Nguyen are the reason I came back to you. I bought the Tundra from you and was treated with respect, and once again treated with respect. I do not remember the individual who sent me the coupon, but he does lack the desire to do well. My husband and I both were told he was there, and HE neglected to return a very important phone call. Decided a few weeks ago to get rid of my Honda Element for a more fuel efficient Hybrid. I went and test drove several midsize hybrid sedans, plus another sedan (not hybrid) but with good mileage. Settled for a more fuel efficient Hybrid. I went and test drove several midsize hybrid sedans, plus another sedan (not hybrid) but with good mileage. Settled on the Toyota Prius. That night, I went on the Internet to finding pricing. The results came back with Courtesy beating the other dealers buy about $1,000 and a price right about invoice. Did I have to pay the deal fee, tax tag and title? Yes. But, even so I got a great deal and they made a little money. I received an email response almost immediately and received a cal, from Steve Blank the next day. The dealership did not have the model w/ the color combination and options I wanted, but a quick Internet search found my car and they brought it in within 2 days. There was no haggling on price, as I was happy with their offer. Instead, Steve spent plenty of time trying to teach me all about the Prius options. I arranged financing through my own bank over e phone so total paperwork time between my bank and the dealership was like 20 minutes tops, as their finance guy (sorry, I can't remember his name but he was nice) had my paperwork ready to fly when I came into the dealership the next evening. They did ask about the extended warranty, but there was no pressure to buy whatsoever. My only "complaint" is the car they traded for did not have a cargo net or mat. No biggie. Steve said he's ordering me a net gratis and I can get a cargo mat through Amazon for a reasonable price. Purchase price also includes maintenance every 5,000 miles, scheduled oil changes, tire rotation, etc for 3 years/36,000 miles. Since my sale, Steve has emailed me tons of info on programming my phone to synch with my car and has said if I have any questions to call. I need to take time to read through everything this weekend. Best of all, driving using "hints" given to me by Steve is getting me 50.5 mpg, even with more than 50% being highway. I can't comment on the service department, but hopefully the experience will be as good as the sales experience. More
