I bought a new Tacoma through internet sales this past August. While the initial sale went well, it was the customer service afterwards that is surprisingly bad. Unfortunately they ignored me and financed the truck through another bank, presumably one that gives them a percentage. I have been trying to get the situation resolved repeatedly for months. Peter Roe promised me two months ago it was resolved but since then he won't return emails or phone calls. While I like the truck and its price, I will never buy from Courtesy again and will recommend everyone else to avoid them if possible. More

He said they sell to many Tundras to negotiate and I should go elsewhere. No Lying here, that is what he told me. " Largest Volume Toyota anywhere" was his next comment. I never in my life have seen a salesman label a situation so fast and not talk to a potential sale. I am a serious buyer that was shot down by a company that had a very bad loss last quarter. I guess Jacob is eating well and Courtesy Autogroup Toyota is very busy, because they just pushed me to buy at Toyota at Stadium in Tampa. If you need a truck in Tampa either avoid Jacob, or avoid Courtesy all together, the other three dealerships in town will treat you better. More
