I live in Lakeland and I went to my local dealership trying to purchase a Prius. I was treated terribly. That is why I called your dealership. My initial phone call went no where. The salesman could find me a car that fit in my budget and really didn't want to go the extra mile to make me want to drive from where in live. When I called your dealership again, I was fortunate to speak with Steve Blank who spent a great deal of time on the phone finding me the car I was looking for. He worked hard with his Internet director to get me to the price I could afford so I appreciate that very much. When I arrived at the dealership on Saturday night I was treated like a family member. He stayed past 10 pm to make sure I understood all the features and answered any concern I had. I own a hair saloon so I run into a lot of people on a daily basis. Mr. Blank you have earned my customer base and I will send anyone I know to you who is looking for a car. Thank you for being so understanding and doing what you said you would. More

My experience with Steve Blank was truly one of the most special car experiences I have ever had. I have purposely postponed a car purchase becuase of the "Stress" and the "This is the Best Deal For You" t special car experiences I have ever had. I have purposely postponed a car purchase becuase of the "Stress" and the "This is the Best Deal For You" that I have been put through in the past. Mr. Blank was warm, cheerful and made me feel like a friend. He knew that I am "Environmentally Concisous" and picked out a Prius Model that matched my personality to perfection. The experience was relaxed and I felt like a family member. His office full of orchids and lovely plants made me feel like I was in his home, not a "sales office". He was quick to bring me refreshments. The finance department, Mr. Kristian Basanta was also a gem. He made the "Number" side of the equation just as pleasant. I also want to mention that I have referred many of my customers to Mr. Blank, since we are in the Brandon Chamber of Commerce together and have been actively involved in BNI together for many years. I know in my heart that I can always send a referral to Mr. Blank and Courtesy Toyota. I was not a number, but treated like a member of the Courtesy Toyota Family. Thanks also to Mr. Jeremy Dodson, whose quick but friendly acknowledgment made me know how important a customer is to his dealership. I also want to thank Mrs. Sally Buck. She is a gem at Courtesy Toyota. Her upbeat personality and warm way she greets the Courtesy shopping adds an element that is lacking in most buisnesses and she did such a lovely job with my tinting (it really blinged out my Prius). In closing I really want to thank everyone involved in this experience, especially Steve. You will always be the first person I send my customers too who are looking for a new car and I truly appreciate everything you did to bring a smile to my experience. More
Mr. Loi Nguyen is the first sales person that did not make me feel suffocated. Also he listened to what I wanted,which in that case I had no idea what I wanted. He had Loi show me the cars that were going to work within my budget with out any pressure. My experience at Courtesy Toyota was the best I have ever had at any car dealership. Steve is so genuine and attentive, because of his pleasant and friendly nature it was a joy to hear from him and I looked forward to each of our meetings. Had been to couple of dealers in person to enquire about my new Rav4 , but the price was not convincing to me . Reynold was the one who came up with a quote and initiated a meaningful conversation regarding the price that I had in mind . J.R Reynold was polite/friendly and was paying attention to what my requirement was in terms of price . He worked through with his team and finally got me within my range . Really appreciate his follow-ups which is one of the key qualities of a sales person Would like to thank J.R. Reynold for trying to engage and accommodate his customers at ease.
