My experience purchasing my new Prius was very good. This is my first Toyota. I've driven Subarus for nearly 30 years. This next new car was originally going to be a Subaru, however, I was not able to obtain is my first Toyota. I've driven Subarus for nearly 30 years. I have purchased my second Corolla from Courtesy; i.e. 2009 and 2012. I've been pleased with the service with the exception of one visit. This most recent visit for the 5,000 mile services was excellet. Several months ago I stopped at the dealership enroute to downtown for a luncheon. The tire light came on. I waited in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes and the car still had not been serviced. I was NOT a happy camper. Turns out, it was during lunch time for the workers. Seems to me that the dealership could plan work schedules so that incoming clients are NOT inconvenienced due to workers' lunch. Plan work schedules such as: 7-4 and 10-7 so there is no lack of workers available to take care of customers. More
All individuals my wife and I encountered we're helpful and friendly. Julio was great and for someone so young showed a great deal of professionalism. He will be a great asset to your dealership.
