I purchased a new 2011 Carolla LE, of which my color,interior and options were not on the lot. During the week it took to take delivery, I was given a rental, most dealerships I dealt with would n color,interior and options were not on the lot. During the week it took to take delivery, I was given a rental, most dealerships I dealt with would not have done that. I asked. Had all my questions answered. Robert even saved me the trouble of reading the manual to set up my Bluetooth devices. I did have two items on back order, they showed up about a week later, but at least the rest were in stock. Good experience so far, and I hope it continues. More
Robert Castellano was a very professional and friendly salesman! He was always polite and truthful. He was honest and above board on the vehicle and pricing. Called to get just basic info on the car and gave extremely vague info and had no idea what he was talking about. Called for a car that they just got in from a trade-in and the gentleman informed me extremely vague info and had no idea what he was talking about. Called for a car that they just got in from a trade-in and the gentleman informed me that the car was in "pretty good" condition. Asked Rick what the specs would fall under if he was to say for KBB or NADA and still said "pretty good". Extremely rude and vague, never considered the fact that I mentioned I was coming from 233 miles away, Virginia. Finally he never gave me a price and said car had no work done to it yet, since it had been traded in (NOTHING) not even a detail or any cosmetic work to the car. Pretty fishy considering he did not know any details about the car except that it had not been detailed or that it was in "pretty good" condition. I appreciate that Rick did email me the carfax promptly and also told me to go to the website. More

I have never felt more ripped off in my life! I brought a 4runner in for a recall that I purchased at that dealer and asked them to check the rest of the car over. They said I needed $4000 worth of re a 4runner in for a recall that I purchased at that dealer and asked them to check the rest of the car over. They said I needed $4000 worth of repairs! One example: They wanted to charge me $1248 to fix the A/C that was not working very well. I said no thanks, I'll just pick up the car. They said I could not have the car back unless I paid them a $218 dianostic fee or had the work done there! I took the 4runner to a local garage and they fixed the A/C for $237. Courtesy Toyota was going to charge me $1011 MORE!!! More
Had worked with Mr Castellano for a month on what kind of car I wanted. I finally decided on a Prius III. I was going through the USAA car buying service and had arrived at a price on the car I wanted. Mr car I wanted. I finally decided on a Prius III. I was going through the USAA car buying service and had arrived at a price on the car I wanted. Mr Castellano had sent me an email stating the total price of the car to include TT&L. I was told I would need to put a deposit down on the car as they would have to do a dealer trade with another dealer. I agreed and asked if I could drop by and put the deposit down. Mr Castellano emailed he would be off for the next two days and I could drop it off when he came back. When the two days were up I asked if I could drop off the deposit and when I could expect the car. Mr Castellano told me it would be almost two weeks to get the car and to hold on to the deposit. I waited the two weeks and asked if my car had arrived. Mr Castellano wrote me they couldn't get the car I wanted wanted and that the price we had agreed on would not be honored and the price would be more. I walked away. I would never recommend this company as they go back on their word and are untrustworthy. More
From the time I bought my new Camry here in 2007, I have gotten nothing but BS promises from every department in this dealership. I traded in my son's truck with an Ipod and some other things that just "up and disappeared". I dont know what is worse, the lazy sales department or the pushy service drive staff. Oh wait, I almost forgot. It's definitely sales. When my lease was coming due I came in asked for my salesman (wasn't there.....whooda thunkit?) and was placed with a young girl that would have been a better product specialist for her cellphone than she ever tried to be for my new Camry. Stay away from this low-quality, high priced, bad attitude store. Try the other dealers first. More

I had an awful experience at the service department of this dealership. My car was towed to this dealership because there was a check engine indicator light that came on. After arriving at the dealership, I spoke with Mr. Castrodad regarding my problem. He informed me that all of the service people had gone home for the night and I would have to leave my car overnight. I explained to him that I live 70 miles away from this dealership, and I needed a car to get home. I asked him if I could get a rental. He told me he didn't have any rentals available and the car rental company across the street was closed. I said to him that "what if this was your mother, wife or daughter that was stranded? Would you want them to be treated this way?" I even asked him if he could give me a ride to the nearest rental car company. He continued to repeat that "there was nothing he could do for me." Finally, after getting very, very angry he told me he would be right back. He came back with the keys to a rental car and I was on my way. I was so disappointed in this level of service, given that I had such a pleasurable experience at Central Florida Toyota in Orlando where I purchased the vehicle. I should have never been left stranded when I have a Certified Toyota vehicle. I will not use this dealership again, but this dealership needs to have a little more compassion and understanding for the people that buy and service their vehicles at their dealership. More
