David Errity was the efficient salesman I have ever worked with. (I also feel the sales manager, read my body language well, was polite and not pushy.) He kept communication open, but did not bother me with exsessive phone calls as I came and left several times frome the dealership. He gave me time to think, do some more research, test drive and called me once to see if there was anything I needed, not to pressure me into choosing immediately as other dealers did, or make false statements such as "Oh, we now have a person who might be interested in your trade-in...we can give you..x amount of $....", when the car had well over two hundred thou. on it and you know they did not or calling you daily. David listened to what I had to say, and he is the one that suggested I try sitting in the Prius V I had not even really considered due to thinking it would be to small. The Prius V is what I ended up purchasing and I love it! It was just what I was looking for and I may have not looked at one if he had not gently suggested to take a look. I like the way he proposed options on different models or possibilities to accomodate my needs, not shoving the top priced one at me continuously. When he went to check with his manager, it is exactly what he did. No games, pretty straight forward from the beginning. Probably a main reason why I did purchase one with the full expensive tech. package as the price was very reasonable! Looks like you have stole me away from my previous dealeship where I have purchased three Toyota's before. (I only hope I can rate the service area the same in the future.) I appreciated the friendliness and treating me fairly, as women often get treated differently than men purchasing a vehicle. I highly reccomend David for anyone needing a salesman at Courtesy Toyota. First they are quick to sell this product called the Protector for 800.00 its suppose to protect paint and leather in your car and I was told I could have this done in Lakeland. This is my second Toyota from Courtesy. The first one was a Camry and lasted forever. After 240k miles, I couldn't kill it, so I gave the car to my son. He is still working on it. With the car gone, it seemed like a Prius might be similarly reliable. Julio Vargas and Courtesy offered a competitive price and I am happy with the purchase. Thinking about it, I don't have much bad to say. I originally put a deposit on a Prius C that was on order and coming in the following week. After doing some more research, and thinking about it, I decided the regular Prius sedan was what I wanted. Julia/Courtesy were very good, switched to the sedan, and keep the pricing competitive. I needed a couple of things worked on with my vehicle and I couldn't ask for better service. I needed to get my new keys programmed for my car and the issue took longer then expected because of the unexpecte I couldn't ask for better service. They gave me a rental in no time. They kept me updated on the work that was being done. They were and still are very friendly and courteous. Another time it needed a fuse changed and a wiper part replaced and again Chad took the car and the job was done within 30 with no appointment made. I just dropped by and he took care of it. I thought I would need to make an appointment which wouldn't have been a problem. I trust when I take my car in for services they will take care of it. As a matter of fact because of the service I recieved my husband now wants to buy a car from toyota. He appreciates how they have taken care of me and my vehicle in no time. Great service department!
