I can I have to say Shopping for vehicle in the past has been a very VERY stressful!!!! From the moment I walk on the Lot everyone was caring, friendly, knowledgable about the product. He was not pushy, which was refreshing from the 4 other dealers I had visited on May 31, 2012. Once I figure out what I needed he help to make the deal work for both of us!!! For the record they (Alex finance man), Manager and Josh Wilson were there until almost midnight to help me get the Truck of my dream and gave up their own family time to help me get transportation which reliable, safe and good gas milage. This is the only time I can honestly say the next am I felt at peace about the deal, not stress out or figure out how to get out of it, etc. This is not what happen when I have made any deals with out sleeping on it!!!! I really think it was due to the Gang at this dealership making you feel like you where related to them and did you right!!!! I have never own a Toyota vehicle in the past always have had dodge, ford, and pontiac but now I know why the customer are so happy with them and keep them for so long!!! I can say from now on I am only going to be driving Toyota for the rest of my driving time on this good earth as long GOD let me!!! My husband, John, and I have been purchasing or leasing from your business since its start back in the eighties. We have had a myriad of experiences with your employees, some that were not so well handled from your business since its start back in the eighties. We have had a myriad of experiences with your employees, some that were not so well handled as with Lam Nguyen and Alex Ertle. We were impressed with Mr. Nyuyen’s professionalism, his easy way of explaining our purchase, his whole “down to earth” demeanor, not to mention his knowledge of our purchase and willingness to go the extra mile to get us into a vehicle. Those are only some of the wonderful traits we saw exhibited. There really was much more that I cannot find the words to do justice to him. Mr. Ertle was extremely knowledgeable about all of the financing, transfers of title, tags, etc. and was just a friendly and outgoing young man that made it easy for us to sign all of the paper work. He had a real enthusiasm that came across to us. It was really refreshing to not have a drone just going through the motions, which we have had on prior times at Courtesy. I think the really best compliment I can give both men is we were there at the dealership for only 2 hours! That has got to be a record for us, because most of the time we have had to wait for a managers okay, the salesman to check all the paper work (or something else), and we usually spend at least 4 hours or more! Mr. Nguyen and Mr. Ertle made the whole process easy and quick for us, which REALLY impressed us!
