The person I was in contact with was Robert Castellano, when he found out that I had purchased from another dealer, he became very rude on the phone and even hung up on me. I have been in the customer service business for over thirty years and if any of my fellow employees treated a customer the way Mr Castallano treated me, they would be fired immediatly. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership at all. More
We are new to Florida and needed to buy a new Prius V. We discovered Courtesy from their response to an inquiry we made with USAA buying service. They offered a sizable guaranteed discount. The trouble was we wanted the package 5 with the advanced tech package and that was very hard to find. The team spent over a week working on securing a car for us and had one transferred. There were onlt 3 in the state that met our requirements and the other dealers were reluctant to let them go. Actually only one dealer would. After all the hassel, Courtesy still honored the original discount. When we came in to test drive and pay for the car, they were very efficient and didn't try to upsell us anything else. We also received a detailed lesson on how to use all the features, which were quite extensive. We know it took a team effort to make this happen and are very happy with the professional service we received. This is a very respectable dealer with the right attitude. Thank you! More

I've driven cars by Nissan for the past 20 years. Prior to coming to Todd Denny, I was at the Nissan Dealership right down the street on the same day. I told them that I was ready to buy a car. I knew wh to coming to Todd Denny, I was at the Nissan Dealership right down the street on the same day. I told them that I was ready to buy a car. I knew what I wanted, but I wasn't feeling it this time. I was torn and confused. Nothing really grabbed me. They lost a customer that day due to poor salesmanship and lack of inventory (I didn't see anything that really screamed out "Buy Me"). I wasn't really impressed with the visit but at the same time, I had planned on going back for a second look. A friend that was with me encouraged me to take a look at something "different". So from there, we went to the Honda dealer where I did a test drive. Didn't like their selections, but did ask for a deal on one. I was left alone for over 20 minutes at someone's desk while they went to see what they could do for me. I walked out. It took too long. They had my cell phone number but did not call me to come back or reconsider. Toyota was my 3rd stop that day. I'm hot, sweaty and frustrated. When I met Todd he was very calm and professional. I test drove a Corolla and a Camry. Wanting to drive around a think about it, I left and went back to Nissan for my 2nd look. Todd called and said "I want to help you. I want to put you in that car that you're looking for today". I was on a mission that day to buy a car and he was on a mission to sell me a car! It was a good fit. He made it happen and provided excellent customer service. Once my eyes fixed on the Camry that I now have, I knew that I had found my car. I told Todd "this is it, this is what I want"! The rest is history. Excellent customer service. Awesome visit! More
