I found the AGP team in the service department are always like a herd of vultures every time someone enters the area, the tyre people used to be the same but not too bad of late, I noticed they already had w like a herd of vultures every time someone enters the area, the tyre people used to be the same but not too bad of late, I noticed they already had what they said needed replacing down on paperwork, before approaching the vehicle. This was and is very off putting. One my most recent experience, I pulled up around 8:40am experienced the vultures and had to wait for a service rep to approach, a lot of staff sitting or standing around talking to one another, I asked how long will it take for someone to come over as I had been soon my car around a good 10mins… They went to get someone, the service rep Thomas took the information for a simple oil change, said it would be 1hr 30mins… I waited 2hrs then went to seek the service rep, he was bogged down with paper orders as well as handling a phone call, another 2 people were waiting for there vehicles that were ready. I was asked if I could move to the side as I was making the service rep uncomfortable, he had a lot of orders to handle and wanted to take care of the lady behind me first. He then served me and stapled the paperwork didn’t have the service diagnostic check printed so asked another service rep to take care of it and assist me whilst he tried to serve someone else, he clearly wasn’t able to multitask or handle the work load, the pressure was getting to him, but did apologize. The service diagnostic check came back with some important service needing attention but some completely unnecessary… total estimated repairs cost $2465.23 I later took my car too… Another repeatable company and had the important work done and saved myself over $200 the service here was very professional and very thorough, their free service diagnostic check came back as $847.04 all work was carried out and completed within good time. I hesitate to bring my car back to Toyota, parts are just too expensive and the service diagnostic check is mere a recommendation for unnecessary maintenance, my car sits stationary most wks and very rarely driven… I shouldn’t need the same service on a car of the same year. That’s called a ripe off!!! More
