Starr, is an excellent sale person. I was shopping for an Avalon XLE Touring and visited several Toyota Dealerships much closer to my home. I decided to visit Courtesy Toyota after looking at their website, Starr called me the next day and I was NOT very nice to her at first and told her I didn't like pushy sales people, if I needed her assistance I would let her know. She let me look and left me alone. I did have some questions, she answered them and NEVER once was pushy. I warmed up to her and began to feel more comfortable with the whole sales experience. She gave me the bottom line, didn't waste my time, answered my questions. gave me my trade-in value and was very friendly and patient with me. I began to warm up to her and felt myself getting excited. I had a few other dealership call me and offered me deals stating they could beat anything Courtesy offered. I did not think of Star as a " car sales person" rather I thought of her as a friend, she won me over, and I am loyal to my friends.
