Horrifying Service Department I had an appointment for an oil change at 4:00. At 645 I saw my car sitting in a different spot and assumed it was finished . don't bother making an appointment I had an appointment one Friday morning about 3 weeks ago for my new car's first service (@4500mi). Showed up and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. T I had an appointment one Friday morning about 3 weeks ago for my new car's first service (@4500mi). Showed up and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. Turned into 2.25 hours. "We have people who just show up, so we take them as they come." Then why make an appointment -- followed by broad perplexed faces. I saw them take the car in at the 2 hour mark, so they did the work in 15 minutes. I didn't get a copy of the work they did, nor did they turn off the 5000-mile "service reminder" alert, which is now always on since the car rolled over 5000 last week. More
