Not as advertised I received an ad in the mail for a simple lube and oil change which I thought was a good deal but it turned out to be a waste of time. I drove to the service center on a Sunday thinking it would be less busy @220 pm. The shop closed at 3pm I thought it was enough time but according to the attendant they were wrapping things up and didn't have time. He advised me they were opened till midnight on Monday and to come back. I was Little mad but ok the price may be worth it. Next day I drive in 9pm and again not busy. The guy was on the phone but he saw me. So I waited in my car long enough to eat a hamburger & fries before he came to me. I showed him the add and he immediately said I don't have a filter for your car. (Add clearly states we service all makes and models) I gave him a glare and asked this car is very common car when will you have one so he pretended to check and of course not in stock and said we Don't carry it. Another dealership that doesn't see the value in attention to detail. Don't say your open till 3 when you close a 220, don't advertise all makes and models just to think your #1 and please hire some non prejudice people who will do thier "fn" job. Worse customer service in any business I've been to. I did very politely show my displeasure but was blown off. Not one apology. I don't remember his name but he was bald.... He deserves it. I wasted two days now I will waste another two making sure I pass the word. More

After leaving a different dealership that same morning with an uneasy feeling, Used Car Salesman, Juan Had a wonderful experience at Courtesy Toyota. After leaving a different dealership that same morning with an uneasy feeling, Used Car Salesman, Juan, greeted us in a professional and very welcoming manner. My Girlfriend and I expressed our difficulties, struggles, and experiences which brought us to the dealership, and Juan promised us, we would leave with a car that we could depend on, and would like. He was not wrong. After getting a little bit of paperwork done for the credit check, Juan returned, and said with what the credit check, he knew exactly what we needed, and had our car in mind. He took us to a very nice, very clean, low mileage Scion. He explained the detail as to why the car was traded in, and did not try to hide the very slight amount of damage that had been done to it. My girlfriend got a little hesitant at the sticker price, yet Juan brought it way down without us having to haggle at all. In fact, I was ready to haggle, but he had already brought it down past the price I was going to ask for. He then let us take a test drive. Not just a short test drive either. We really got to test it out. We could not have been happier with the car. Then when we returned, Juan jumped through all sorts of hoops to not only keep the price down, but to make sure the car that we had, was able to be used to be traded in. Sounds like a normal thing, until you know the condition our car was in. It was not even at the dealership. Not only did Juan make sure the car would get towed to the dealership, he made sure we got more then I could have ever dreamed for it. xxxx, we would have been happy if they would have just come and got rid of it for us. The attitude and feel of the place was simply amazing. If you are looking for a used vehicle, Juan in the used car section is someone that you should ask for. When the time is right, we will be making another purchase. I would recommend this place to everyone. More
Very Poor Customer Service Xiomara Tate was the sales agent. Very nice person but not professional Xiomara worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted and that I do appreciate. When we found the vehicle we were told the vehicle had several options such as a sunroof and DVD system. The vehicle was at a different location and we were not able to see the vehicle until we signed the papers. I had asked several times about seeing the vehicle but I guess it's your policy to make the customer sign first. Never heard of this before. On our second visit to the dealership after driving an hour each way and sitting there for three hours the vehicle was still not able to be seen. So we sat there for nothing. We totally wasted five hours. Not happy about that. Also when Xiomara was speaking to one of her co-worker on speaker the co-worker continued to use the f word not professional at all. Finally on our last day we were to meet at 3 and when I was on the way down from new port Richey I was informed the vehicle would not be ready until 415. Once again we had to wait. We arrived asked to see the vehicle and we were told we needed to just sign some papers first. I had stated I was not signing papers until I got to see the car. Xiomara said it was not ready and we could just do paperwork. Again waiting on the vehicle. We met with the Finacial gentleman I believe his name was padro very nice guy. He was asking questions about monthly payments and not a surprise this had not been discussed yet. He went over how much we had to pay per month we signed paperwork and then we still had to wait to see the car for the first time. When we finally get to see the vehicle there is no sunroof and no DVD system. When I asked Xiomara her response was "oh I will get a DVD System for you." the vehicle is a gift for my wife for her birthday and it is a nice vehicle but I tried to get Xiomara to get a DVD system for it. I even said after market I do not care. I was told we should have noticed on the test drive by Xiomara. There was no test drive there was no seeing the vehicle until we drove it home. This is why I would not have my friends use your dealership. I have bought many cars and never had this much headache and waiting and wasted time. I do not know if this is how you do business with everyone but this is how business was done with me. At 20 days later and many calls later I still do not have paperwork on this deal and my trade in has not been paid off. My credit is being affected by the laziness of this dealership. Not a good experience and very disappointed with customer service. Now 50 days later I have left messages with Xiomara, Padro three times, Palmer Johnson, Jay Freedman the "Finance Manager", Stehanie, and not one returned call. My tag is now expired and I have to wait for courtesy Toyota to do their job. This is the Worst dealership in the country. More
Exciting Experience Tommy was more than helpful in my car buying experience. I had little time and I do not enjoy talking to sales people. Tommy changed this for me. He treated us with respect and allowed us to tell him what we were looking for. There were times when he would give very sage advice about something that we had not considered. We listened and realized he was correct in his advice. Tommy was very personable. He listened, something you don't find often in a car salesman. He also took time. He was not in a hurry to get the whole process over or to get to the next customer.. He shared his own personal stories with us to make us feel comfortable not cornered. We felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a salesman. He went out of his way to help and went way above what most car salesmen would do. I will be telling my friends that are looking to buy a car in the near future to come and see Tommy. Thank you so much Tommy for all you did for Debbie and I. We love our car! Staff were great! I went in about a year ago to buy 2 work trucks (Tundra's) and was introduced to Rollin by the receptionist. Rollin asked what my needs were for these I went in about a year ago to buy 2 work trucks (Tundra's) and was introduced to Rollin by the receptionist. Rollin asked what my needs were for these vehicles so I was sure my needs were met. This was after I went to 3 other different dealers to look at other options. Filling in some of gaps to what I was not aware of with the Tundra he actually asked me if I had seen the other options already and if not to compare them to the Tundra to make sure I was happy. (I was very surprised that he actually steered me to look at other options before deciding.) I let him know I had seen the other already at this point and new what I needed and my decision came down to the Tundra or the Ford...from there it was about the numbers and maintenance plans. To make a long story short.. I bought two trucks that day and went back to buy another Tundra for my personal use at few weeks later. I have referred family members and friends to shop them and to date my parents, brother, and 3 friends have bought from Rollin. I would recommend Courtesy and Rollin to anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota! More
