Incompetent Vehicle Maintenance Technicians and management I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to this dealership! I took my brand new 2015 Toyota to be serviced at the dealership due the warranty not by personal ch I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to this dealership! I took my brand new 2015 Toyota to be serviced at the dealership due the warranty not by personal choice. My car was scratched while on their lot and in their care, they possibly hit a curb. EVERY TIME I had my car serviced, I had to take it back multiple times because the job was NEVER done right. I had an oil change, found a large oil leak underneath my car the next day. I had an alignment done, it wasnt done properly. The car doesn't drive the same ever since they touched it and the alignment was never fixed after a couple of visits. I had "courtesy" car washes with the services provided. Not only was the car returned as if they dried it with a muddy rag, the paint has swirl marks that now need to be buffed out. I keep my car in immaculate condition but thanks to Courtesy Toyota of Brandon, my car isn't worth xxxx! They try to remediate the problems when you call and file a complait but instead of fixing the problems, they make it worse. Their mechanics have no idea what they're doing!!! And their advisors & managers ( especially Gary Savary) are of no help. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! Trust me, you will thank me! More
Condescending, not helpful, unauthorized work. Terrible. Service advisor was condescending, and treated me like an idiot, even though I was well aware of what I was talking about. Never offered a courtesy ride, etc. Hiked down Adamo to pickup my rental car at Enterprise...nice to let a woman hike down the highway by herself. Chivalry is dead there. Spoke to a manager requesting a new advisor, which never happened, had to keep dealing with the same jerk. Performed unnecessary tire rotation and oil change (which I had just done the week before at Goodyear), without contacting me first. Upon pickup, I was flippantly tossed my keys. I asked where is it parked, and he said "I don't know" " Hit the buttons on the remote until you hear it". I will never ever go again and will never refer anyone there. Sandy is a huge jerk and does not need to work with people. More

Chad explained me the prices and the quality of the parts that Toyota offers to its customers. He was very gentle and got my car fixed at the expected time. Great Service!!! More

5 Stars to 1 Star in a matter of minutes. I purchased my last new vehicle here and have used them exclusively for service since. Up until today I would have rated them 5 stars. It's time to I purchased my last new vehicle here and have used them exclusively for service since. Up until today I would have rated them 5 stars. It's time to replace a vehicle so I stopped by Courtesy Toyota Used Cars to look at the RAV4's. I was "helped" by Alexis Cruz-Lopez. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. He did not have what I wanted so he tried to convince me that what he had was better than what I wanted. Fine, he's a salesman, I get it. He continued with the high pressure tactics so I relented and let him "run some numbers" for me. Well, of course he came back with an offer from his manager that was well above what I told him I was willing to spend. I tried, as nicely as possible, to tell him that he just did not have what I was looking for but give me a call if you find something. He continued to be persistent but I finally told him I was leaving. (A little history - I had dealt with him once before when I was looking for a car for my daughter but we ended up buying from a different dealership because he did not have what I wanted then either.) While walking in the parking lot he made a snide comment about my daughter not purchasing from him last time which was not only uncalled for and unprofessional but extremely rude. You did not even have the model that I wanted - not your fault - but just because I am not buying a car from you does not give you the right to be rude. His Sales Manager witnessed it and did not have anything to say. The bottom line is that, apparently, management condones this type of behavior towards customers so i will no longer even consider Courtesy Toyota for sales or service. More
