great customer service I was looking at Toyota's online,First dealer"in Haines City Florida"that responded to my request was not helpful at all.Then I checked with Courtesy I was looking at Toyota's online,First dealer"in Haines City Florida"that responded to my request was not helpful at all.Then I checked with Courtesy Toyota within a few minutes I was called by Felix Davila,very helpful,he asked me to come in and talk. Got there met with Felix told him what we wanted how much we wanted to spend.He had a new car salesman Leo Fuentes Campos bring around the car we wanted they worked the deal we left in the car we wanted at the right price,good guys! We finished our day with Xio the Business Manager and again another nice person. I will recommend this dealership! More
Excellent Customer Service I went to Courtesy Toyota to look at a specific car. Rob Hale helped me when I arrived and showed me the car and was able to tell it was not what I wa I went to Courtesy Toyota to look at a specific car. He talked to me about where I would like my payments to be and what type of car I was looking for as well as my needs and wants. I wasn't looking for anything special except it needed low miles as well as a reliable car with no issue. Rob showed me a beautiful certified 2013 Toyota Camry. We took it for a test drive and I was in love. The car had everything I wanted and much more. Rob was able to meet my expectations and we'll beyond. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I do just that. More

My experience has been that they are double-talking liars who are just hanging on the hope that their customers do not have the knowledge of vehicles necessary to realize they are being ripped off, and seem to get extremely cranky when a customer refuses to have an unnecessary repair done for an outlandish price. I recently lost the keys to my toyota 2001 camry leaving me with a key that did not work with the computer in the car. I towed my car to the toyota after calling and confirming that they could reprogram the key. Now all the models from 98-01 require reflashing the system to replace the chip keys. Basically one has to reset the code on the computer before one can reprogram the key. Toyota insisted that The only way to replace the keys one needed to replace the computer board as well for a fee well over $1200 which is more than my car is even worth. Knowing this was not the case I told the service personnel I would not be having the work done. He proceeded to tell me that I did not know what I was talking about, that his mechanic knew better than me, and that I should not have brought the car there if I did not trust them. After wasting the $60 to unnecessarily tow my car there, I called a locksmith and had the car reflashed for$350, proving that it can in fact be done. This is not the only time I have found the service at Courtesy Toyota to unprofessional and the employees rude. More

It's unfortunate that I had to encounter Alex Ertle during my visit this past Sunday. While expressing my frustration, he laughed! He was completely arrogant throughout our conversation which he tried to misconstrue my motive. His attitude was completely negative and unacceptable! His behavior showed no understanding of customer relationship and encouraged an escalated confrontation. Is that the kind of individual that you want dealing with your customers? I hope not! Thanks to Richard who was able to take the time and listen. More
