First they are quick to sell this product called the Protector for 800.00 its suppose to protect paint and leather in your car and I was told I could have this done in Lakeland. This is my second Toyota from Courtesy. The first one was a Camry and lasted forever. After 240k miles, I couldn't kill it, so I gave the car to my son. He is still working on it. Thinking about it, I don't have much bad to say. I originally put a deposit on a Prius C that was on order and coming in the following week. After doing some more research, and thinking about it, I decided the regular Prius sedan was what I wanted. Julia/Courtesy were very good, switched to the sedan, and keep the pricing competitive. I needed a couple of things worked on with my vehicle and I couldn't ask for better service. I needed to get my new keys programmed for my car and the issue took longer then expected because of the unexpecte I couldn't ask for better service. They gave me a rental in no time. They kept me updated on the work that was being done. They were and still are very friendly and courteous. Another time it needed a fuse changed and a wiper part replaced and again Chad took the car and the job was done within 30 with no appointment made. I just dropped by and he took care of it. I thought I would need to make an appointment which wouldn't have been a problem. I trust when I take my car in for services they will take care of it. As a matter of fact because of the service I recieved my husband now wants to buy a car from toyota. He appreciates how they have taken care of me and my vehicle in no time. Great service department! I spent months looking for my "dream car", I found it at Courtesy Toyota. I called them to set up an appointment to test drive it. I got lost on my first trip to the dealership so I called my original salesman Mark Munson, to let him know that I was on my way but was lost, he was so nice and polite, not to mention patient, so he rerouted me and even though I arrived way past my appointment schedule, my salesman was great. I test drove the car and it was just as I imagined: A DREAM! On my next visit, I had the great experience of meeting a new salesman John Dyer, who was just a sweetheart. John did everything he could and more to get me in the car of my dreams. My daughter and I had a long wait(my fault) but John and the rest of the employees at the dealership made us as comfortable as we could be. i really enjoyed the professionalism of the people at Courtesy Toyota, and I wish that I had found them sooner. They are very polite and knowledgeable about the car business and I would totally recommend to anyone who is looking for a new or used car to check them out first! COURTESY TOYOTA ROCKS!!! We settled on a different color because we could not go 2 weeks without a car. Having said that, we are happy with our car and with the overall experience of working with Courtesy Toyota.
