It's time to I purchased my last new vehicle here and have used them exclusively for service since. Up until today I would have rated them 5 stars. It's time to replace a vehicle so I stopped by Courtesy Toyota Used Cars to look at the RAV4's. I was "helped" by Alexis Cruz-Lopez. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. He did not have what I wanted so he tried to convince me that what he had was better than what I wanted. Fine, he's a salesman, I get it. He continued with the high pressure tactics so I relented and let him "run some numbers" for me. Well, of course he came back with an offer from his manager that was well above what I told him I was willing to spend. I tried, as nicely as possible, to tell him that he just did not have what I was looking for but give me a call if you find something. He continued to be persistent but I finally told him I was leaving. (A little history - I had dealt with him once before when I was looking for a car for my daughter but we ended up buying from a different dealership because he did not have what I wanted then either.) While walking in the parking lot he made a snide comment about my daughter not purchasing from him last time which was not only uncalled for and unprofessional but extremely rude. You did not even have the model that I wanted - not your fault - but just because I am not buying a car from you does not give you the right to be rude. His Sales Manager witnessed it and did not have anything to say. The bottom line is that, apparently, management condones this type of behavior towards customers so i will no longer even consider Courtesy Toyota for sales or service. More

He met us before we went into the building. Saw us drive in with our Toyota Tundra. He asked if he could help, asked who we were working with and assisted us when no one was available. He worked with us to get the best deal, stayed with us the whole time. Got us refills on our drinks, made us feel like a part of the family, not in a pushy business. He made my car buying experience the BEST I've ever had! Thank you Gene! More

From that call to the time we arrived at Courtesy Toyota Brandon Internet Sales through the purchase of the new car, we were amazed at the professionalism that we encountered. I would recommend Gene and the entire Courtesy team to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Buying a vehicle has always been an unpleasant way to spend a day. Thank you Courtesy Toyota and Gene for making it a pleasant experience. Also, Lindsey Biswas, Business Manager, was very nice to deal with. More

don't bother making an appointment I had an appointment one Friday morning about 3 weeks ago for my new car's first service (@4500mi). Showed up and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. T I had an appointment one Friday morning about 3 weeks ago for my new car's first service (@4500mi). Showed up and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. Turned into 2.25 hours. "We have people who just show up, so we take them as they come." Then why make an appointment -- followed by broad perplexed faces. I saw them take the car in at the 2 hour mark, so they did the work in 15 minutes. I didn't get a copy of the work they did, nor did they turn off the 5000-mile "service reminder" alert, which is now always on since the car rolled over 5000 last week. More
