Can't say enough about this dealership, not only matched and beat all the other dealers including the buying service my wife and I belong to but the price for an Avalon Touring was better then the p matched and beat all the other dealers including the buying service my wife and I belong to but the price for an Avalon Touring was better then the price for a Toyota Premium that the other dealers were quoting. The entire sale took about two hour period. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE. My salesperson, Elizabeth Habig, was very professional through the whole process. She was friendly and very patient and worked with me to get me in a car that I would be happy with. I was very impress with Ms. Habig customer service skills ---felt like visiting a friend for coffee and cake. Lam in financing was pleasant, efficient, and informative during the final phase of the purchase. The entire sales team conducted themselves professionally and did not resort to high pressure sales tactics to make the sale. I highly recommend Courtesy Toyota for their sales/finance department and their service department (which I used previously for more than 24 years). More
I have never purchased a new vehicle and I really thought it would be a daunting and stressful experience. Well I was wrong. The whole process went very smooth and I was in and out in no time. I am especi it would be a daunting and stressful experience. Well I was wrong. The whole process went very smooth and I was in and out in no time. I am especially grateful for my salesperson, Mr. Matt Dennison. He didn't call me 22 times in one day to see if I was still coming in or if I had changed my mind about purchasing a car or anything. I gave him a timeframe of when I would be able to do it and that's when he contacted me. I had an experience with another dealership and the guy has literally called me everyday for 2 weeks. Another great thing about this dealership is, I wasn't immediately attacked as i entered the showroom or as I walked up to the door. That's a great plus! Again, another dealership I had gone to, I saw the salespeople on their steps by the door and as soon as I stepped out and closed my door, they bum rushed me. Immediate irritation. So thank you Courtesy Toyota for your work and your outstanding employees! More

I appreciated the timeliness of Steve Blank in dealing with all of my questions and requests. I also liked the no nonsense way he dealt with me. I do not have a lot of extra time and I wanted to shop sev with all of my questions and requests. I also liked the no nonsense way he dealt with me. I do not have a lot of extra time and I wanted to shop several dealers for a car for my graduating daughter. I really wanted a ford focus but Steve took the lead in negotiating and closing the deal while elder ford played the " i have to get with my sales manager game". More

It was time to replace my 2001 vehicle. The journey began in earnest around 2010. Nothing I saw really made me want to part with what I was driving - until this year. Then there were 3 "candidates": 2 began in earnest around 2010. Nothing I saw really made me want to part with what I was driving - until this year. Then there were 3 "candidates": 2014 Fusion, 2014 Impala, 2013 Avalon. I used every available website, database, local convention center car show and mainstream "auto mag" to compare these three vehicles. Plus a few visits to dealerships. The available 6 cylinder, specifications and the overall value of the Avalon made it my first choice. The truecar.com "request a price" feature was what I used to configure the Avalon and received 3 competitive offers. Courtesy Toyota had the best "apples to apples" response and Robert Castellano became my contact. Even though Robert encouraged us to make an appointment to visit him it became obvious that my wife and I would have to be the "pop-in, drive-by" kind of customer. Based on our initial reception, Robert was OK with that. Our first visit went better than we expected. Robert answered every question clearly and thoroughly. To describe a car buying experience as pleasant seems inadequate now but my 1976 & 1981 Toyota new car purchasing experiences where tedious and draining. Our experience with Robert and later, Peter Roe was evidence that these guys were on the same team whose purpose was to sell us a car and make it memorable. They were downright entertaining and made the negotiations open, honest, fair and, above all respectful. It seemed so natural: they would always explain their process with humor and logic based on their experiences and most important: integrity and respect. I think it was our third visit that I asked Peter about any Avalon financing "specials". His explanation included overall Toyota financing. My wife heard "zero percent" on Camrys and we were off to the races. She asked for a quick trade-in estimate while we took an Avalon out for a test ride. When we got back the estimate was ready. One Avalon test rides and one Camry test drive later we were satisfied by our treatment, the price and the dealership. We are now a 2 Toyota family - an Avalon and a Camry PLUS based on the after-sale follow ups we feel comfortable that Robert and Peter will continue to work to maintain the relationship for the future. I came in late on a Saturday; not entirely committed to buying a Toyota. David was very knowledgeable and helpful. He handled our meeting respectfully and was open/honest with what he had to offer. We had a special pricing offer from a third party, but wasn't sure I would really get that price. When we showed it to Victor, he was surprised by it, but he got us that deal, no questions asked. Victor d wasn't sure I would really get that price. When we showed it to Victor, he was surprised by it, but he got us that deal, no questions asked. Victor didn't see the need to comes with my wife and I on the test drive, as he could tell I had already researched the Corolla thoroughly. He let us take it farther than I had expected. When we were ready to purchase, it was very late Saturday night. He found the right people to get the financing and paperwork done so quickly. Being so late, the full detail and protection couldn't be done, so he arranged for Sally to contact us to bring it back in to do that and get the window tenting done, while filling us up gas. BTW, Sally in the service department is the nicest service person at a dealership, ever. Also, I have to add that if you are in the market for a small car, the Corolla may not be the edgiest design, but it is the smart choice in this segment and I love it. More
