I meet him on his way to lunch at the dealership entrance/exit. He dropped lunch plans and took my car straight to the service department. WORTH THE TRIP(S) We live 2 hours away from Kingsport but when looking for our new Subaru we managed to be blessed enough to find Courtesy Subaru and Jamie Bush. Since We live 2 hours away from Kingsport but when looking for our new Subaru we managed to be blessed enough to find Courtesy Subaru and Jamie Bush. Since purchasing our Forester there we have always taken it there for any servicing (including oil changes) and body work. Special cudoes to Dave Reynolds in the Service Dept who always treats us special and with respect and to Wayne Pressley, Bodyshop Mgr,who has brought our "Scooby" back to looking brand new on two occasions. Our Subaru buying experience with Courtesy was great Let me preface anything I say here with the fact that I never give anyone a perfect score on these reviews, and that's because I always think there is Let me preface anything I say here with the fact that I never give anyone a perfect score on these reviews, and that's because I always think there is room for improvement, whether it's identifiable at the time of the review or not. Having said that, I have (so far) identified no problems with our experience in purchasing our new Subaru from Courtesy. I would suggest that more time be spent discussing with potential buyers all the "bells & whistles" available on the higher trim level models, as these things are often difficult for patrons to figure out on their own, even with all the readily available written and online information that's available. We new what we wanted when we got there, so this was a minor thing to us, but it could make the difference in whether or not someone buys your cars. I was also somewhat surprised that Courtesy seemed unwilling to use "certified mail" with the U.S. mail service to forward to us our title information; it seems that you have experienced failures with the delivery of such paperwork in the recent past, and thus FedEX was suggested & used instead, but we still had no way to track and subsequently know to expect these documents to arrive. Still, in total, our experience with Courtesy has been great. Thanks for asking, but please don't keep sending us more these surveys. If anything happens in the future that I have a problem with, I know where Courtesy is and how to get in touch with you, and I promise to not be bashful to do so when necessary. God bless! More
