I'm sorry, I don't understand. What did I NOT say about my experience. I thought I was very clear about the fact I went to your dealership to look at a specific car and it was garbage. Then I was talked into a car I had done no research on, promised something I did not receive, and am pretty much unhappy about it. I spoke withDoug Ramey on the phone after posting this and he asked me if he gets me the mats that are supposed to fit the car, would I retract my review and I told him I would. So, what else can I ask for except to receive what I was promised? It was my fault for not walking away from the whole deal, but since I didn't, I would appreciate the courtesy of having the things I was promised.
