Worst dealership ever. It’s been 5 months since I bought my pathfinder and I still don’t have license plates. Horrible customer service after you drive away. They don’t answer phone calls and they don’t return messages. You have to physically go to the dealership to try and get anything done and apparently that still doesn’t work. They act helpful in person but that’s it. Once you leave you won’t hear from that person again. I’m only asking for the normal routine stuff when you buy a vehicle but Courtesy Nissan can’t even pull that off. I definitely recommend going to any other dealership besides Courtesy Nissan. They are full of incompetent employees. More

All the service people that I had contact were great. I had a leaking tire checked and replaced for free thanks to the complementary coverage on my car. I also planned on having a 6 month checkup done I had a leaking tire checked and replaced for free thanks to the complementary coverage on my car. I also planned on having a 6 month checkup done so the day before I arranged for a 9:00AM appointment. I was not told of any delay, and at 11:00AM I checked with service, and was told that I was next in line to start on my car. At that point I requested that they just fix the tire and not do the checkup. I got my car back at 12:00AM. If appointments don't matter, the customer should be informed of that. If I set up an appointment, drive in customers should not be placed ahead of me. If there were that many people with appointments ahead of me, then something should be done with the scheduling system. Thank you, Ed Lee 214-282-4778 More

I would normally give this dealership 5 stars, but this time, something was working right. I waited longer than I have ever had to wait to see a service advisor. (I had an appointment.) I was told by 3 d time, something was working right. I waited longer than I have ever had to wait to see a service advisor. (I had an appointment.) I was told by 3 different people that he would be with me shortly. After 16 minutes, I had to go get someone to help me., I was the only car in the bay and those inside could clearly see me. Michael Johnson finally helped me get checked in and he was awesome, very apologetic about the other guy not ever coming. I also spoke to the Service Manager, Kaelyn, and she was very concerned and apologized repeatedly. Bottom line, the service I requested was completed quickly and Michael came to walk me out to my car. More
