Schedule a routine oil change/tire rotation and when I arrived the service drive was empty. Took several minutes for an advisor to come out and great me. After 3 HOURS I checked in with Shelton and and he assured me they had a tech on it and would be done shortly. After 4 HOURS and this time speaking to the Service Manager Manuel, I was then told it was in the wash bay and would be out shortly. I did not ever expect a simple oil change/tire rotation to take 4 HOURS and then not to be updated with this being the situation. I have been a loyal customer to your dealership, but this is totally not acceptable. More
