I was very puzzled and surprised to hear that my wheel lock and (2) lugs were missing on the passenger's side. I find it puzzling because my vehicle was there earlier and this was not an issue. The work on the car was done, and the car runs well. The reason I can't recommend Courtesy Nissan is because there was so little customer focus. 1. I brought the car in on a very cold day and was not invited inside, but kept outside in the cold while the car was checked in. 2. The parts had to be ordered so it took 3 days to complete, but no loaner cars were available. I was told there was a 2 week wait for loaners. 3. I was quoted a price for the work, but when I picked up the car the price was higher by nearly $!00. 4. I was told they would have washed my car but the water was frozen. It just was not a customer friendly eperience. More
