First time to use this dealership service department, with a 10 year old Juke in need of repairs to axles and bushings and tie rod from 127K miles of use. Made a 7 am appointment and used their complime with a 10 year old Juke in need of repairs to axles and bushings and tie rod from 127K miles of use. Made a 7 am appointment and used their complimentary shuttle service to get to work. Turned in the car on a Thursday morning, but did not get it back until Tuesday, because they had trouble getting the parts they needed. Bob, my service advisor, kept in contact with me with updates, which allowed me to plan accordingly.That included an offer to provide me with another vehicle, but I declined. He also provided an online payment link as an easier option without the processing fee. Had to work with my credit card company to get through some security issues, but that is now in place for future transactions. Yes, a little rough on the first experience, for both me and them, but that was a great test to see how they handle challenges. I anticipate that they will earn the fifth star very soon. More
