David and Bennett in the parts department are extremely helpful. I was having a horrible morning after waking up to a flat and finding out we had misplaced our lugnut key. The dealership I purchased from and normally go to was not able to help and wanted to charge an arm and a leg. I called Courtesy and spoke with David and Bennet and they helped with what I needed. I sent my husband up there with the car and they helped make sure he got what we needed and it was even cheaper than we expected. They really saved my day! More

I had a great experience. Anthony was great. He's a great service manager. He provided me with the best service for my car. Also Scott. He's a great person that I was working Anthony was great. So for the past 2 times since a January of 2024, I've had to have major work done on my car and courtesy Nissan had stepped. Up and has provided me with exceptional service for my car. So I will be dealing with them in the future. Because I have more work to be done on my car. That gave me some great discounts as well. So kudos to Courtesy, Nissan in Richardson, Texas. More
