In general, no complaints with this dealership. Purchased a new 2022 Frontier & have made 3-4 visits to the service department with excellent results at low cost to me. The finance dept seemed unusually slow in processing the sale, financing, etc. Kept getting the response “it’s a process” when asked what’s taking so long. The General Manager was especially helpful during the sales “negotiations” checking on the value of our trade-in at other group dealers. I will definitely include Courtesy Nissan in the future when I am ready to trade. More

This dealership is horrible. I was taken advantage of during the sales process and filed a complaint with Nissan and the BBB. They destroyed my credit score by running a credit c I was taken advantage of during the sales process and filed a complaint with Nissan and the BBB. They destroyed my credit score by running a credit check over 30 times in the span of a day. Then the lender who they selected ended up declining the loan because they didn’t like the fact that most of my income was listed as bonus. Because the credit score was ruined, when they did find a lender, my rate was higher. They had already sold my trade in so I was trapped into taking the new vehicle. Additionally, they dragged their feet so long paying off the loan on my trade it that I was reported as paying late. The car is a piece of crap. It’s had 3 recalls and I’ve had to pay out of pocket for 3 door lock actuators and the passenger side door knob which came off in my daughter’s hand. Not to mention that half the time they don’t have the parts and you have to go back a second or third time after waiting for an hour or more. More
