Horrible Service Center I have owned a Toyota, a Jeep and a Ford. When I brought those vehicles to their respective dealerships, wonderful service. I purchased a Pathfinder I have owned a Toyota, a Jeep and a Ford. When I brought those vehicles to their respective dealerships, wonderful service. I purchased a Pathfinder a little over a year ago from Courtesy Nissan in Tampa and have had nothing but terrible service once the vehicle was bought. The vehicle has been brought in multiple times this past year for some normal service (oil changes), some recalls and some issues covered under warranty. I typically detail my vehicles every 2-3 weeks myself. They are clean. Every single time I brought my vehicle in for service, there are black scuff marks all over the entire drivers side of the vehicle from the mechanics boots. There also has been black scuff marks left on the steering wheel (which is tan) and on the door panel from their greasy hands - not an easy thing to get off. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an issue with Bluetooth. They did the oil change but when I picked up the vehicle they forgot to check out the Bluetooth. They said it would be a while before they can get the vehicle back into the garage to take a look at it. They had my vehicle for about 5 hours sitting there before that, I couldn't sit there and wait. I had to get home at that point so we had to schedule another appointment for another day (I also live about 25-30 minutes from this dealership which isn't convenient). I just ended up fixing the Bluetooth issue myself. On another occasion they had to order a part under warranty. I received a call saying the part was in so we scheduled an appointment. Dropped my car off on my way to work so I didn't have to waste a weekend day just sitting there. I was about done with work and called them to check the status on my vehicle, it just so happens that the dealership sent that part to another dealership a few days prior and didn't have any in stock. so nothing got done to my vehicle and it sat there for about 7 hours. So again, had to drive out my way, taking up about a little over an hour and guess what, had to reschedule another appointment. They couldn't have told me they didn't have the part anymore before I dropped my car off?!? And once they realized they didn't have the part in they could have called earlier?!? So they ordered the part again, but apparently it takes 1-2 months for them to receive parts. I never received a phone call letting me know the part was in, but when I call to find out the status (again over a month); miraculously their response was "we just received that part yesterday." Oh yea and I always ask them to run the vehicle through the wash when they're done with it because it gets pretty dusty in their shop...they have yet to do it. Had to remind them one of the times when I went to pick it up because the vehicle had this gross coating on the outside which was not there when it was dropped off. With my Ford and Toyota, every time I dropped it off for service, it was automatic they ran it through the car wash unless you asked them not to. So in summary, purchasing the vehicle was not a bad experience, typical dealership experience with salesmen. But afterwards bringing it into the service department...worst experience. I will be bringing vehicle to local mom and pop shop for routine work and I hope to find another Nissan dealership for warranty issues that may care about their customers just a little more. More

He asked some general questions about my previous car purchase and assured me that he could get me in to a newer upgraded vehicle based off my situation. He promised I would be in and out including test drive. That seemed too good to be true but Terry is a miracle worker and kept his word. I was out in less than 3 hour after picking the car,test drive, got my trade in appraised and financed. I highly recommend Terry for your car needs. I loved courtesy before however after this experience I am a courtesy customer for life. More

Phillips again, and with the deal that I got for being a repeat customer it blew me away and I am happy to say that I am also an owner of a Nissan Altima, Courtesy Nissan it's not the best dealership because they say they are they are the best because of their knowledge, experience, variety but most of all just like Mr. Terry Phillips they treat you with respect and try to give you the best deal for you not them, bottom line is that they treat you like you would like to be treated like a person and not a dollar sign. Disappointed & Disrespected As of today I'm still awaiting a call from the management of this store. Nissan corporate said I would be contacted concerning my issue that was a warranty issue not manufacturer problem. That conversation was an operator reading from the response manual. Basically corporate threw it to the dealer. I bought this "certified pre owned" Nissan Murano with 31k miles. Was convinced to buy the extended warranty. Said it would cover a lot and for longer period of time. Big mistake. At 65k miles service engine light came on. Brought it in to dealer. Wanted to charge me the fee just to look at it. I said no way am I paying a fee, I could bring it elsewhere for a free inspection. Warranty covers inspection is what I replied. Made it CLEAR I wasn't paying the fee to the service rep. Service rep took the keys and brought it back. Needs new engine. Blamed it on me. Sludge in engine. I've change the oil 4 times since purchased. I disagreed. Rep wanted to show me the "sludge on the screw". I said not possible under my ownership. I said to give me my car and I will go elsewhere for another inspection. At this point he asked for the inspection fee. Said problem wasn't covered. Argued with me saying I never said that. Went to manager with rep. Of course no help with the issue. I said I changed oil myself and also went to oil change places. Unbending. Manager said he would try to see if anything could be done. I told him about the fee and the reps response. Rep actually accused me of lying to cover himself. As I was disputing his claim of me lying he was standing there shaking his head. Very Professional. Manager said there would be no charge. The rep, get ready....., holds his hand up near my eye level and dangles my key from his fingers while looking away. I had to reach up to get my key from him. Manager never called me back after 2 emails to check on his inquiry. I had to call him. To which he immediately replied there was nothing he could do. His answer was without hesitation, so assumption is he didn't ask. I asked him if part of the "certified pre owned" process was to check the engine for issues. "We don't look in the engine block, we look inside the oil cap." Previous owner had this car for less than a year and put 31000 miles on it. They made no mention of any services by the previous owner. I am nauseous because I bought a used car and trusted Nissans verification process. I was taken advantage of and was influenced to buy an extra warranty for that covers nothing. All I want is COURTESY NISSAN to do the right thing and honor their warranty and put my vehicle in the condition they would expect a Nissan to be in at 65k miles. As long as I am in this situation I can't and won't ever recommend COURTESY NISSAN of Tampa. Do not trust their certification process. Add in the tremendous disrespect showed to me by their service rep and this experience will cause me to never buy another Nissan from COURTESY. I will do all I can on all social media to prevent people or at least make them think twice about doing business at COURTESY NISSAN."  More
