Tough Place to Do Business! We love the 2015 Pathfinder we purchased but this dealer was difficult to work with. We started with the internet department after finding the exact v We love the 2015 Pathfinder we purchased but this dealer was difficult to work with. We started with the internet department after finding the exact vehicle we wanted in their online inventory. I was contacted by 2 different internet sales people and emailed both explaining we would be in on 8/22 in the afternoon to test drive the car. When we arrived we asked for either person that contacted us. A very nice lady disappeared for 20 minutes and could not get anyone in the internet department to meet with us. A manager came up to us and quickly pulled a salesperson from outside to work with us. He took us for the test drive and I asked him for an offer sheet and to value our trade. I was asked “Are you buying today?” When I explained that we were going to shop for the best deal and I wanted to see their offer. The salesperson quickly ended the conversation with no sales offer and no trade appraisal. Now in all fairness – the dealership was very busy and at that point we were viewed as a waste of his time with all the potential sales milling around. In the week that followed I visited 2 other Nissan Dealers in the bay area. Both of Nissan dealers were told the same thing – we are shopping yet both emailed me an offer sheet and valued our trade. Since Courtesy still had the exact vehicle we wanted on the lot, we emailed our salesperson the best offer we had received and asked again for a deal sheet from Courtesy. Again we were told they would not do it and we would have to come in. We arrived on Sunday the 30th and our salesperson was with another customer. We were assigned to another sales person (this would be the 3rd). He was GREAT, Very friendly, reasonable and professional. He brought the car to the front to have us look it over one more time and evaluated our trade. After a brief conversation he brought us an offer sheet that was right where we wanted to be. We accepted the offer and did the paperwork. The gentleman in the finance office was also an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional, fast and explained the paperwork and add-on items we may be interested in with zero pressure. Great guy. When we finished we met with our 3rd sales person and our 2nd sales person and explained we had to leave but wanted to make an appointment to come back and have the vehicle technology explained to us. We were told that both would be there on Thursday evening, 9/3 and that day would work perfectly for us as well. On Monday 8/31 the 2nd salesperson called my cell phone to see if all was well with the car. I told him on the phone that it was great, but we were coming in to have the systems explained to us on Thursday evening. He acknowledged that and said he would see us then. We arrived on Thursday evening at 6:45 PM and the finance person greeted us. We asked for either or both of our salespeople and he diligently tried to find them. After checking he returned to us and said that one went home and the other was on vacation. I though that odd as when the appointment was made both said they would absolutely be there. If he had a vacation planned – I think they would have mentioned it. Another salesperson was assigned to help us (This would be the 4th) – he was a very nice guy, He spent about 40 minutes with us and we got a lot of good information. We still have questions, but we will try to play around on our own to figure it out. On the way out I stopped at the reception desk and asked for the General Managers and Sales Managers business card. They were out of GM cards and gave me one for the Sales Manager. I asked for the GM’s email and she said: “I have no idea what it is.” I emailed the Sales Manager about a week ago – No response. The bottom line is we got a GREAT Vehicle at a GREAT Price. I guess that is all that should matter. If you are looking for service after the sale or during for that matter - this not the place shop. More

Terry put me into my Nissan Juke in 2013 and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. In 2015 I went to Terry to help me with a car switch with my sister. I didn't know if it would be possible, but he worked miracles and got us out of a predicament and into an even better situation with our cars. He was very honest with outstanding customer service. He took the time to explain and demonstrate the features of my 2014 Nissan Altima. He patiently allowed me strap my two year old son's car seat in the back and took us for a test drive. He worked hard to ensure I drove off the lot with my new car, without compromising my budget. He ensured my car was impeccably clean even though I left after closing time. He also ensured that my car would come with tinting as I requested. I NEVER FELT PRESSURED! Low Stress and Got What I want If car buying was this nice I would do it more often. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push me into something I wasn't comfortable with.
