Going to get a vehicle serviced as a woman is hard enough to make sure you don't get taken advantage of, but when the staff comes to you with the recommendations and ask if "he" needs to call so they can explain...really? Is "HE" here??? No, i was ALONE. Besides the fact that that happened, my check engine light came on and I asked them to look into that. They told me it would be $130 to which i said xxxx no and according to them, with out the $130 charge, they let me know exactly what they thought was wrong. Beyond the actual visit, after that every single day since, including on SUNDAY at 7:00 pm at night i have received a telemarketing call to 1. review them on a scale of 1-10, which i had already done via the email that was sent to me 2. wanted to scheduled the recommendations. I informed them every time they called, there were 10 calls so far and I went in last Monday, to STOP calling me. Period. I will NEVER EVER go back here again EVER. More

I went into the service center @ the dealership to replace brakes on my 2015 Nissan Altima and left out in no time at all with a 2017 Nissan Maxima.. OMG is all I have to say. I didn't wake up that morning expecting a blessing like that. Terry was so friendly and very professional. It didn't seem like we had just met because we laughed and talked through the whole process. It was great and not your normal car buying process. I will definitely be referring Terry to every single person that I know looking for a vehicle... I am so very pleased with my new vehicle and the excellent service I received.... More
Awful Experience Meeting Josh Worst car buying experience I have encountered to date. Dealership was alright, but the issue was with a salesman, Josh Agbi. Not sure if other custom Worst car buying experience I have encountered to date. Dealership was alright, but the issue was with a salesman, Josh Agbi. Not sure if other customers have encountered similar things, but this is my experience... About me: Upper 20s, Florida native, analyst for a living Backstory: Combed through hundreds of online postings to find the best best for the buck vehicle. Looking for a used smaller SUV and spotted a low mile and affordable Ford Edge at this dealership. Utilized Courtesy Nissan's chat feature. Kimberly Moses was very helpful answering questions about dealer fees, hold policy, and possibly taking to my mechanic for an overview. I was going through the loan process at the time and waiting for approval. Took the day off to look at multiple vehicles, Ford Edge near the top of the list. Issues: Get there and am told Kimberly only does online chat, so I am introduced to Josh. Seems nice and outgoing as I tell him my interested vehicle. Come to find out it's a smokers car with air fresheners stuffed in every orifice. Also has little scratches and 3"x3" scuff in the back; all not documented online. Smoking doesn't affect me, but girlfriend is oversensitive. Still, low miles and decent bargain keep me interested. Get the keys to test drive, but needs gas. Drive to neighboring gas station which is closed. At least I can drive it around the block! Pull out of the gas station and am notified the passenger's seat belt isn't buckled (Josh). Shows no sign of putting it on and ask for him to put it on to stop the notification. Guess that's an annoying request? Cool! Vehicle's still solid, and double check about mechanic and hold deposit if I decide to purchase. He says it probably doesn't need to go to a mechanic since it has such low miles, but yes to everything (Agreed on mechanic, but peace of mind is lovely). End up coming back THAT DAY with my girlfriend for a nose test. Car is getting detailed offsite. Guess the lowered price has a lot of calls and they're prepping to sell (Although callers are unaware of smoke/body). Josh drives us to detailing location to find it with windows down and only 4 air fresheners. Smell it the seats as Josh tries to get the AC working. Luckily, he seemed annoyed the whole time; who knew people were skeptical of smoker cars?!? Smell is minimal, stronger when AC was off. Go back to the dealership. As we are parked to the side, I make sure again with their policies; the car was a good deal if the smoke wasn't an issue. This is where Josh's true sleaziness comes through... I ask, "So how exactly does your hold policy work if I am interested in purchasing this vehicle." Josh replies, "Well the best thing is...." Really... redirect...? His "best thing" is to sign the contract. As long as I don't drive off the lot, I'm not obligated to pay. Not sure how that works when he knew I planned to take it to my mechanic. After his explanation I ask again about the deposit to hold a vehicle. Josh tells me the vehicle is getting lots of calls and won't be able to help out. Uhhhh, ok? Go inside and request 5-10 minutes to speak with my girlfriend to discuss the smoke, value, and research smoke remedies. Decide to get the contract to look overnight. Go to speak with Josh. Say we are interested but not signing today if he is able to get a copy of the contract. He says ok and brings back the number breakdown. Ask again to see a copy of the contract. He goes back into the glass salesman area. He returns to tell us a family from Orlando JUST put a hold on the vehicle. Girlfriend and I drop our mouths and look at each other in disbelief. He says sorry, but they put a hold deposit down on the phone and wouldn't be able to purchase unless they passed on it. THE EXACT THING HE HAD SAID HE WASN'T ABLE TO DO WITHOUT SIGNING. Ask if it was a joke (seriously thought it was...). He says no and gets his manager. Manager apologizes and says Josh didn't know of the deposit. Thing is he said all this beforehand. Guy wouldnt look at me. This is my most notable car experience. Thanks and will be sure to share/warn. Hate writing (Numbers over words), but had to share... More

They are guilty of false advertising. Was watching a truck on their website for about four days. Was exactly what we wanted and the listed price was great. I even confirmed on cars dot com and everything matched up. We live about 45 minutes away from the dealer so I reached out online and was talking with Rickey and Felix about the vehicle. After still confirming everything we made the trip there last night. We were assigned another sales person (can't remember his name, but he was awful) and he showed us the truck. We were very impressed wit the test drive. My wife and I were ready to talk numbers and buy. After valuing our trade (low ball offer of course). They brought out the coveted paperwork. The price of the truck was almost $9,000 more than the price online. After much talk I showed the sales person the online price and listing. They said that it was an error. After speaking with three people (and after noticing they changed the online price while I was there) they said that the price online was wrong and they blamed Nissan for extending their incentives and messed up the whole website. They admitted to not being able to run their website accurately. But still, a chance to redeem themselves and honor the price? No, they insisted that I was wrong and they cannot sell for that price. So wasted my time, gas and my hopes on making a trip. I fell for the old "Bait and Switch". If you want a real sleazy car buying experience that preys on peoples hopes for a vehicle, then this is your spot. DO NOT GO HERE! Shame, because I was ready to buy last night with check book in hand. (Now I expect the General Manager to write a standard reply message to this review apologizing and asking to reach out in order to speak with him further. Then there will still be nothing they can do and give the same lame excuse. However, they will look like a service oriented company because they "reached out"...and go). More

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Buying experience and paperwork were antiquated and took forever the numbers were barely legible. The only thing that was worse was the customer service. When trying to cancel service contract I was told it was completed and give it 4 weeks. I called after 4 weeks and it only took 3 calls and 2 unanswered messages for them to tell me up to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks o have called 4 times with no reply to any message. I called the company that handles the service contract directly to find out it was NEVER SUBMITTED! BUYER BEWARE!!! go anywhere else! More

I initially went in for a simple oil change and hadn't expected to leave with a new car but I'm very happy I did. Richard Jr. did an excellent job explaining everything and answering all my questions. He was very respectful to my limitations and didn't make me feel pressured. He went over every detail of the cars safety features and through the cars manual with me and even set up the Bluetooth feature for both my daughter and I. Excellent salesperson and highly recommended! More
