Best Buying Experience of my life. Excellent customer service. No pressure sales. I bought a great used Titan truck and my salesman Ed was awesome. My before, during, and after purchase Excellent customer service. No pressure sales. I bought a great used Titan truck and my salesman Ed was awesome. My before, during, and after purchase experience was the best I've had and I'm almost 50 so I've had quite a few. If you are in the market for a good reliable used vehicle at a good price then I highly recommend you go to Courtesy Nissan of Tampa and ask for Edward Carrasquillo by name. More

Nissan corporate said I would be contacted concerning my issue that was a warranty issue not manufacturer problem. That conversation was an operator reading from the response manual. Basically corporate threw it to the dealer. I bought this "certified pre owned" Nissan Murano with 31k miles. Was convinced to buy the extended warranty. Said it would cover a lot and for longer period of time. Big mistake. At 65k miles service engine light came on. Brought it in to dealer. Wanted to charge me the fee just to look at it. I said no way am I paying a fee, I could bring it elsewhere for a free inspection. Warranty covers inspection is what I replied. Made it CLEAR I wasn't paying the fee to the service rep. Service rep took the keys and brought it back. Needs new engine. Blamed it on me. Sludge in engine. I've change the oil 4 times since purchased. I disagreed. Rep wanted to show me the "sludge on the screw". I said not possible under my ownership. I said to give me my car and I will go elsewhere for another inspection. At this point he asked for the inspection fee. Said problem wasn't covered. Argued with me saying I never said that. Went to manager with rep. Of course no help with the issue. I said I changed oil myself and also went to oil change places. Unbending. Manager said he would try to see if anything could be done. I told him about the fee and the reps response. Rep actually accused me of lying to cover himself. As I was disputing his claim of me lying he was standing there shaking his head. Very Professional. Manager said there would be no charge. The rep, get ready....., holds his hand up near my eye level and dangles my key from his fingers while looking away. I had to reach up to get my key from him. Manager never called me back after 2 emails to check on his inquiry. I had to call him. To which he immediately replied there was nothing he could do. His answer was without hesitation, so assumption is he didn't ask. I asked him if part of the "certified pre owned" process was to check the engine for issues. "We don't look in the engine block, we look inside the oil cap." Previous owner had this car for less than a year and put 31000 miles on it. They made no mention of any services by the previous owner. I am nauseous because I bought a used car and trusted Nissans verification process. I was taken advantage of and was influenced to buy an extra warranty for that covers nothing. All I want is COURTESY NISSAN to do the right thing and honor their warranty and put my vehicle in the condition they would expect a Nissan to be in at 65k miles. As long as I am in this situation I can't and won't ever recommend COURTESY NISSAN of Tampa. Do not trust their certification process. Add in the tremendous disrespect showed to me by their service rep and this experience will cause me to never buy another Nissan from COURTESY. I will do all I can on all social media to prevent people or at least make them think twice about doing business at COURTESY NISSAN." More
Horrible Service Department Save yourself a headache and DO NOT bring your vehicle to Courtesy Nissan of Tampa for service. The rear differential on my 2016 Nissan Titan Pro 4x Save yourself a headache and DO NOT bring your vehicle to Courtesy Nissan of Tampa for service. The rear differential on my 2016 Nissan Titan Pro 4x failed within a month of ownership at 580 miles. Courtesy Nissan failed to diagnose the problem the first time I brought it in and then had it for 13 days to complete repairs which entailed replacing everything between the rear wheels plus brake parts. THIS SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY ON A BRAND NEW TRUCK! When they finally finished with the rear end they insisted that I pick up my truck that day even though they didn’t replace a defective piece of glass that was finally in after they ordered it wrong the first time. They wanted to “part ways” without completing the job. I guess I was supposed to be more appreciative and grateful to them for: keeping my truck (that I use for work) for 13 days, never once initiating contact to give me a status update, inconveniencing me and not finishing the repairs they were supposed to complete. Richard Phelps, the service manager, is ineffective, rude and condescending and should not be in a position that deals with customers nor should he be in charge of running any department. AVOID COURTESY NISSAN AT ALL COSTS and buy a Toyota—those don’t break in a month! Also be advised that if you leave your vehicle at Courtesy Nissan for service and they damage it (in their overcrowded service area or on a test drive to check repairs), they will take no responsibility for the damages. You will have to claim it on YOUR insurance. They did not damage my vehicle, but this is a question I always ask when bringing in a vehicle for service for my own protection. I know for a fact, that this is not how Stadium Toyota or Autoway Nissan of Brandon operate. When you bring your car in for service, they note any damaged areas (just like a rental car agency) and if there are additional damages caused by them, they are fixed them on their dime, not yours. Courtesy Nissan has no idea how to treat customers and they absolutely could care less about your vehicle that you spent your hard earned money on. A policy like this just further illustrates the point that they are one unscrupulous dealership! More

Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Loyal, Sincere & your Friend!!!! God was looking after me when I asked for Terry Phillips on a referral from a family member, my son and future daughter-n-law. All I can say is he ma God was looking after me when I asked for Terry Phillips on a referral from a family member, my son and future daughter-n-law. All I can say is he made the experience a wonderful one and listened to all MY wants and needs and all the new technology extras that I was not comfortable with having or needing. Terry listened to what I wanted, a trait that many don’t have. Many are deaf to what is said or have their own agenda. I have bought many new cars in my life time and this was the best experience out of all of my purchases. Terry was welcoming and astounding and if that was not enough, he made me fill like family and sincerely cared about making sure I was purchasing the right car and meeting my needs as far as financing. I noticed when I was in his office that he had many awards and tributes and I knew I was in good hands. I read people well coming from the corp. world and now retired, Terry is one that is someone you can put your trust in and you can’t say that about everybody. Trust is earned and he has earned mine. Courtesy Nissan has a great asset in you being on their team as you bring trust, friendship and loyalty to a higher bar. Thank you so much for your expertise and help. It was so calming having you walk me though all the buttons on the steering wheel and the dash boards and for sic’ing my phone to the blue tooth. Also, I do want to say that when I walked through the doors of the dealership, the whole time was there, employees were always making sure that I was being helped in a carrying manner. People have always said to me through the years that because of my strong faith that they witness God always “having my back”. I will say, me having Terry as my agent was God’s way of having my back. Thank you so much for all you did for me and for the person you are. Blessings to you and continued success, you are the best, you rock! On a scale of 1 through 10 you are a 15! More

Great place, but after 10/15 taking my business elsewhere. I've been going to this dealership for about a year and get all my services done on my 2014 Nissan Altima. When buying my car they helped me even when I've been going to this dealership for about a year and get all my services done on my 2014 Nissan Altima. When buying my car they helped me even when I had low credit and every other dealer refused to sell me a car. I give Courtesy Nissan "3" stars due to there service department and there manager there. On 10/15/2016 I came to do my 3000 mile oil change like I do every 3 months. Everything on my car was working fine and my Nissan actually notifies me if theirs an issue. I turned off my car and let one of the associates who work there turn it on, so i know everything is fine. 2 hours later, I picked up my car and as soon as I tried starting it up, it turned off on me. Tried several more times and nothing started. I explained to the manager what happen and that the timing of this incident just doesn't add up. All he said was "you can pay for a new battery and labor is free." Are you kidding me! everything was working fine, and 2 hours later battery is close to 0%. I'm a customer who would of gone to this dealer to get new ties, oil change, anything that would of broke on the car spending 1000s of dollars here. but over a battery this place has lost my trust and i will take my future business and my cash elsewhere. Manager that I spoke with was not Scott Hewitt but another gentlemen. More
Terry Phillips is a Miracle worker! I didn't think my wife had a chance of trading in the Juke she was upside down on. Terry got her approved and we left with a new Rogue the same day.
