My first visit to this dealership unfortunately ended up being a bad experience, mainly due to the first gentleman i spoke with. The second time back i met with Katherine and Marco and told them about the previous experience and some of the issues. Katherine and Marco were amazing to work with. They were sincerely apologetic and wanted to make things right. They were extremely helpful and very honest. They went out of their way to make the best deal possible. From sales to finance everyone made this purchace very smooth without any issues. I am beyond pleased with the customer service they offered and i highly recommend this dealership. More

Classic bait and switch. Wish I would have read these reviews. Definelty false advertising. Joshua responded to email inquiry on Rogue. I'd give them a zero if I could Had a Pathfinder with 170K miles, which I loved. Decided to trade for a new 2016 Rogue, and have had a very high number of significant issues, within Had a Pathfinder with 170K miles, which I loved. Decided to trade for a new 2016 Rogue, and have had a very high number of significant issues, within months of taking delivery. Mr. Phelps, the Service Manager, and his assistant, have been anything but helpful, and go out of their way to make every interaction I've had with them adversarial...always trying to avoid the current problem, and the fact that I've had so many with a supposedly "new" vehicle. It's as though they have no desire to create satisfied service customers, and in fact, want to see how much they can piss you off. While Brendan O'Brien, the General Manager, has heard me out on my issues, he's really just a very good salesman, trying to turn the situation around by getting me to buy yet another vehicle from them, "that might be more to my liking," and "for a really good deal." Yeah right. Sorry, I cannot recommend this dealership. More

Anyone should be sure you have a copy of this form and make sure the dealership has a copy before you walk out, or you will end up with a case of amnesia by everyone. Ours has taken over 6 months to rectify the items promised and many many hours spent chasing people down at our initiative. We do love our vehicle, though. I am very grateful we bought it and for the help we received in the selection process. Mike Nieves was a pleasure to work with. He listened to everything we needed and worked diligently to find the right vehicle for us. He made the process smooth and was knowledgeable and professional. It was the best new car buying experience we've had. Mike's demeanor is perfect for this role, no high pressure, very laid back and very informed about the product line. Thank you, Mike! More

This is the WORST place EVER If i could leave a negative rating I would. Going to get a vehicle serviced as a woman is hard enough to make sure you don't get taken advantage of, b If i could leave a negative rating I would. Going to get a vehicle serviced as a woman is hard enough to make sure you don't get taken advantage of, but when the staff comes to you with the recommendations and ask if "he" needs to call so they can explain...really? Is "HE" here??? No, i was ALONE. Besides the fact that that happened, my check engine light came on and I asked them to look into that. They told me it would be $130 to which i said xxxx no and according to them, with out the $130 charge, they let me know exactly what they thought was wrong. Beyond the actual visit, after that every single day since, including on SUNDAY at 7:00 pm at night i have received a telemarketing call to 1. review them on a scale of 1-10, which i had already done via the email that was sent to me 2. wanted to scheduled the recommendations. I informed them every time they called, there were 10 calls so far and I went in last Monday, to STOP calling me. Period. I will NEVER EVER go back here again EVER. More
