I initially went in for a simple oil change and hadn't expected to leave with a new car but I'm very happy I did. Richard Jr. did an excellent job explaining everything and answering all my questions. He was very respectful to my limitations and didn't make me feel pressured. He went over every detail of the cars safety features and through the cars manual with me and even set up the Bluetooth feature for both my daughter and I. My wife and I had the privilege and pleasure of 1st meeting Mr. Montgomery 9 months ago when he originally worked for Auto Nation of Brandon. There, we experienced top notch customer service from Mr. Montgomery. He was very attentive to both the requirements that of myself and my wife. During this time, we purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum edition fully loaded. However, the vehicle that had the specifics that we desired was not available on the lot. Mr. Montgomery within 30 mins located our Maxima package in the Jacksonville area. He expediently coordinated the transport/hauling of this vehicle to us to the local Brandon store within 24hrs. The vehicle arrived without the requested spoiler; however, again Mr. Montgomery with no avail stepped up to the plate by immediately ordering/ coordinating the painting & mounting of the custom spoiler as well as the tint package, and interior mood lighting system. The experience was more of a family oriented experience the sale was completed; however, Mr. Montgomery didn't make you feel as if it was all about the money it was a personal appreciation and a gained friend. Fast forward to this past weekend 2/25/17 we once again found ourselves in the market to purchase another new vehicle. Mr. Montgomery was said to no longer be at Auto Nation of Brandon due to his recent promotion to the Courtesy Nissan of Tampa store. Although, this was a longer distance to drive it was well worth it to once again to conduct business with Mr. Montgomery. Although, it's been nearly a year, the experience was just the same we were pre-approved 72 hrs prior to our arrival to our appointment with Mr. Montgomery. We traded in our 15yr old vehicle, received a very lucrative trade-in value towards our new 2017 Nissan Sentra Turbo edition. Timely service, guaranteed professionalism, attention to detail and service was rendered from start to finish. My wife and I had arrived at nearly 11am and drove off as very satisfied customers once more nearly 2.5hrs later. The brief delay was due to our back and forth test drives in regards to vehicle process and elimination. Once decided, the process was very expedient, prompt, and anyone looking to purchase a vehicle Mr. Montgomery is the go to guy in our opinion. I salute you Mr. Montgomery for being the epitome of great "Customer service." Two vehicle purchases later please know that we've adopted you into our family lol no if, ands or buts. Whenever we're in the market to purchase a vehicle as long as you're in the business you have our loyalty!! Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle please consider this expound experience in the most truthful of experience you won't be disappointed. More

Horrible Service Center I have owned a Toyota, a Jeep and a Ford. When I brought those vehicles to their respective dealerships, wonderful service. I purchased a Pathfinder I have owned a Toyota, a Jeep and a Ford. When I brought those vehicles to their respective dealerships, wonderful service. I purchased a Pathfinder a little over a year ago from Courtesy Nissan in Tampa and have had nothing but terrible service once the vehicle was bought. The vehicle has been brought in multiple times this past year for some normal service (oil changes), some recalls and some issues covered under warranty. I typically detail my vehicles every 2-3 weeks myself. They are clean. Every single time I brought my vehicle in for service, there are black scuff marks all over the entire drivers side of the vehicle from the mechanics boots. There also has been black scuff marks left on the steering wheel (which is tan) and on the door panel from their greasy hands - not an easy thing to get off. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an issue with Bluetooth. They did the oil change but when I picked up the vehicle they forgot to check out the Bluetooth. They said it would be a while before they can get the vehicle back into the garage to take a look at it. They had my vehicle for about 5 hours sitting there before that, I couldn't sit there and wait. I had to get home at that point so we had to schedule another appointment for another day (I also live about 25-30 minutes from this dealership which isn't convenient). I just ended up fixing the Bluetooth issue myself. On another occasion they had to order a part under warranty. I received a call saying the part was in so we scheduled an appointment. Dropped my car off on my way to work so I didn't have to waste a weekend day just sitting there. I was about done with work and called them to check the status on my vehicle, it just so happens that the dealership sent that part to another dealership a few days prior and didn't have any in stock. so nothing got done to my vehicle and it sat there for about 7 hours. So again, had to drive out my way, taking up about a little over an hour and guess what, had to reschedule another appointment. They couldn't have told me they didn't have the part anymore before I dropped my car off?!? And once they realized they didn't have the part in they could have called earlier?!? So they ordered the part again, but apparently it takes 1-2 months for them to receive parts. I never received a phone call letting me know the part was in, but when I call to find out the status (again over a month); miraculously their response was "we just received that part yesterday." Oh yea and I always ask them to run the vehicle through the wash when they're done with it because it gets pretty dusty in their shop...they have yet to do it. Had to remind them one of the times when I went to pick it up because the vehicle had this gross coating on the outside which was not there when it was dropped off. With my Ford and Toyota, every time I dropped it off for service, it was automatic they ran it through the car wash unless you asked them not to. So in summary, purchasing the vehicle was not a bad experience, typical dealership experience with salesmen. But afterwards bringing it into the service department...worst experience. I will be bringing vehicle to local mom and pop shop for routine work and I hope to find another Nissan dealership for warranty issues that may care about their customers just a little more. More

He asked some general questions about my previous car purchase and assured me that he could get me in to a newer upgraded vehicle based off my situation. He promised I would be in and out including test drive. That seemed too good to be true but Terry is a miracle worker and kept his word. I was out in less than 3 hour after picking the car,test drive, got my trade in appraised and financed. I highly recommend Terry for your car needs. I loved courtesy before however after this experience I am a courtesy customer for life. More

About a week and a half ago I came to Courtesy Nissan for an oil change that's where I met Mr. Terry Phillips, we spoke for about five minutes and aft About a week and a half ago I came to Courtesy Nissan for an oil change that's where I met Mr. Terry Phillips, we spoke for about five minutes and after that I felt so comfortable with his knowledge and treatment that I bought a car from him that day, my wife was so happy with the experience the service and her vehicle that she encouraged me to have that experience for myself, I went back and spoke with mr. Phillips again, and with the deal that I got for being a repeat customer it blew me away and I am happy to say that I am also an owner of a Nissan Altima, Courtesy Nissan it's not the best dealership because they say they are they are the best because of their knowledge, experience, variety but most of all just like Mr. Terry Phillips they treat you with respect and try to give you the best deal for you not them, bottom line is that they treat you like you would like to be treated like a person and not a dollar sign.
