Sales Rep Joshua Agbi was quick, extremely helpful, and flexible. They are very upfront and transparent. And I was in & out in only 2 hours with the keys in hand. Even more, I got exactly what I was looking for and an even better deal than what I thought I would remotely get for an even nicer version of the SUV than what Fuccillo Nissan was trying to sell me. Bottom Line: if you're in the Tampa Bay area and are looking for a Nissan, go to Courtesy Nissan (it's even worth the extra 30 minute drive)! More
So disappointing - Terrible Customer Service I brought in this past Thursday into the service dept for my car for its oil change, my advisor Jose was busy so Sam Velez did my paperwork, from the I brought in this past Thursday into the service dept for my car for its oil change, my advisor Jose was busy so Sam Velez did my paperwork, from the moment I walked in, Sam was very rude, didn't even acknowledge me as I walked up to him nor did he say hello or good morning, guess its too much work to have manners and be nice. The whole time he was harsh and condescending, I tried to tell him that it was my first time in service and that my salesman Matt had mentioned adding some complementary oil changes, Sam cut me off mid sentence stating he didn't know what that was all about and that every person gets their first two oil changes for free, so so rude, he then had me sign a form (not telling me what i was even signing) and continue to talk to the girl in the desk next to him, he then said to have a seat in the waiting room and that Jose would be right with me, he never asked whether i wanted to wait for the car or leave, so i went and waited, it wasn't until i asked someone if i could just come back for the car that i knew i could. Such a terrible experience, he needs to be trained on proper customer service. Also I was under the impression that they wash your car complimentary? not sure if they did or didn't because the car looked exactly the same. More

Mr. Phillips was a breath of fresh air for my situation. While managing my hectic work schedule, being down a car and managing a business family most of my business was able to be conducted over the phone/internet. When I walked in the dealership on Saturday afternoon (Yes a Saturday afternoon) my car and new agreement were waiting on me. This made my life so much easier. Everything was done on my time which should Terry and dealership valued my time. The process was no more than 30 minutes to sign and get my new keys. Terry handled this situation as if he were working to get things done for someone he had known for years. He is a great new acquaintance that I plan to keep in my back pocket for future needs. More

I told him the color I was l On Friday August 4 I talked with internet sales Rickey Finnerty about trading my 2016 Nissan Frontier in for a new titan. I told him the color I was looking for and he called me back with what sounded like what I wanted.i told him with the 10,500 marked off,that would help a lot to off set my frontier payoff. He asked when I could come. I told him I would be on the way Saturday August 5 around 11:30. He emailed me Saturday morning to ask for Matt H. Emailed him back ok. One hour out from the dealer Matt emailed me that he had the keys waiting for the truck they thought I wanted. When I got there I met up with Matt. We sat down and gave him information on my trade so they could look at it while we test drove the titan. Drove the titan and loved it. After we got back to the dealer he went to the bull pin and got the numbers for the trade and the titan I test drove. When I reviewed the numbers I found out that they only gave me 8000 off instead of 10500 as advertised. Than they did not use Kelly blue book to look up my trade. When I looked at the numbers I said my truck is worth more than that on kbb.Matt said since they sell new frontiers for less that why they don,t give as much. While standing with Matt I pulled my truck up on kbb and sure enough the price they offered was way off. He shows me an payment in pencil . Every Nissan dealer I have done business gives you a print out of a proposed payment with different down payments. Not this place. I walked out.i did not come this far to haggle and play there game for what they advertised. I really wanted that truck, but not like that. I will find a reputable dealer out there and get that truck. So please think before you spend a day with them.if it sounds to good,it probably is. More

Katherine was a true professional she went well beyond my expectations to make sure that everything was smooth sailing THANK YOU KATHERINE . The rest of the staff were also very helpful. Horrible Experience If I had the option to give this company no stars I would. I took my 2014 Pathfinder in to get serviced because I had some smoke coming out of the exh If I had the option to give this company no stars I would. I took my 2014 Pathfinder in to get serviced because I had some smoke coming out of the exhaust. Prior to me taking the vehicle in I had an oil change and an engine flush done as well as had the PCV valve replaced by a family member because there was some sludge (all of which was disclosed to the service advisor), but the truck was still smoking. Which leads me to bringing the vehicle in. They advised that I would need a diagnostic first, even though I had a diagnostic done at a local auto part store that provided the same information they would eventually give me, there was a misfire in one of the cylinders. Once the diagnostic was completed, they told me I needed an oil change. I had just had one, but according to the service advisor they would need to do the oil change in order to clear the misfiring code, so I agreed. They then called me and advised that they would need to do an engine flush because there was some sludge, I agreed to it as well. Fast forward, they call and tell me the truck is ready to be picked up. I pick up the truck and it was smoking worse than it was when I first brought the truck in. Needless to say I was upset because I spent money to have my truck come back worse than what it was. But that's not the best part! To add insult to injury, my husband had a brand new pair of airpods in the center counsel that he forgot to take out and they were stolen! When I came in the next day to confront them about my property being stolen, I was treated horribly!!!! The original service advisor Ha, was not in so I had to speak to a young man by the name of Kevin who obviously needs training in customer service, he was rude, and accused me of going different places after I picked up my truck when I clearly stated that I picked up the truck and went straight home because I was scared to drive it the way it was. He had no interest in helping me resolve the issue. There happen to be no supervisors on sight because it was also father's day so after insisting that Kevin contact a supervisor, he finally did and the supervisor, again with no interest to help resolve the issue, just told me to file a police report if I wanted to. Which I did! I went to the police department to file a police report, the officer called them to find out who the tech was and the names of everyone who had access to my truck to put on the police report, but they refused to give the police that information. Shortly after that phone call, Kevin calls the officer back and asks to speak with me. I get on the phone and he says that the Service Director would contact me at 8 AM the next day to try and resolve the issue. I still filed the report. I waited for the Service Director's call, but wasn't contacted until a little after 10 AM. He agreed to compensate me for the headphones, but not before stating that they would not take responsibility for the loss because his tech had been with them for 5 years with no issues. He stated that it could have been someone that walked on their lot after hours and they just so happened to fall upon my truck, go through the center counsel and take the headphones. When I asked if it was a common practice for them to leave their customer's vehicles open so that stuff can get stolen, he replied with "no, but mistakes happen." I also expressed to him that my truck still had not been fixed, he proceeded to tell me what could be wrong with it, but again why wasn't all of this checked when I had the diagnostic done? I ended up taking my truck to Ferman Nissan where my experience was phenomenal! They were able to figure out what was wrong with the truck right away, most of which had nothing to do with the sludge and was covered under my platinum warranty! I will gladly give Ferman my business, after explaining what I went through, they didn't even charge me for their diagnostic. The truck was fixed and I traded it in for another vehicle. Had my experience been better with Courtesy, they would have been paid for a big service job under warranty and I could have purchased a vehicle with them instead. I was compensated for the headphones however, the treatment I received during the whole ordeal warranted a poor review. I did drop the case although I could have pursued it, but I did not want to allow them to take up anymore of my time as they are simply not worth it. DO NOT give them your business as they do not appreciate their customers nor are they there to serve their customers. More
