Paul Simmons was very professional, helpful and assisted me with my car problem. Paul kept me informed by phone, and emailed the recommended services that was suggested to my vehicle. The engine checked light was on and making lots of noise after I took it to Crown Nissan in St. Petersburg. Thank you to Lawrence the mechanic who fixed my car issue. Paul even called after I left the service dept. to ensure my car was working well & offered his continual assistance if anything arose. Great Customer customer service! Guess it is just because they are not computer-literate... My experience was very pleasant and there were no pushy sales reps (the vulture's were out there stalking though). My wife and I had the extinct pleasure of meeting and working with Kristal Nieves. I would recommend her to anyone! She did not have all the answers, but she knew where to go to get them and was very fast! She brought in Jeremy (Sales Manager), who was so easy to talk with and he was straight to the point and I really appreciated that. I was so impressed with both of them, I actually bought the truck that night, something I have never done in my past with vehicles. I felt very comfortable and at ease to make any decision "I" wanted to make. I felt so comfortable with Kristal, that I am only dealing directly with her for some after purchase things that were discussed during my purchase. I will tell anyone out there, I am hard person to impress and both of these reps shined for Courtesy Nissan. I will hold no reservations to ever purchase from them again. I did enjoy the time with Raymond (finance) as well. He was easy to chat with and gave us some really good information on warranties and recommendations. The best thing about all three of these people is that they made you feel like family you had not seen for some time and we picked up right where we left off. Typically the dealership runs the truck through the car wash. It is a nice filip: not this time. I asked about the fact the truck was still dirty and was told that yes it had been through the car wash. I mentioned it again pointing out that the truck bed was bone dry and was dismissively told that if the truck was really dirty the car wash would not necessarily clean it. I dislike being lied to to my face. Typically the customer service standards are exceptional: not this time. I bought the truck from you guys. Please do better. Eric More
