very bad customer service and very bad car service That guy Richard Phelps has to be removed for his position, he does not know his work or he is a lier, they replaced my latch hood and put it over the That guy Richard Phelps has to be removed for his position, he does not know his work or he is a lier, they replaced my latch hood and put it over the engine, they closed the hood with the latch inside forcing the hood, that damaged my fender edge , I went there with the latch, the marks of the latch were in the engine also the latch make a hole in the fabric of the hood, and he told me that the damages was not caused for the latch, I am going to make a complaint with BBB, I have all the proof, I have pictures and the most important thing, I have the old latch that caused those damages and I was supposed dont have it because they always keep the parts that they replace, he treated me bad, he has to be removed for that position More

Great Purchase Experience! We had just put money into our old car when the transmission decided to give, so this was an unexpected purchase with an undesirable credit situation. We had just put money into our old car when the transmission decided to give, so this was an unexpected purchase with an undesirable credit situation. Everyone we had inquired with either had a horrible selection of very old and very worn down cars, was unwilling to work with our credit score, or quoted interest rates bordering on the obscene. As soon as I called Courtesy and explained my situation and concern regarding loan qualification, I was immediately reassured that they would do everything in their power to get me approved for financing. They weren't lying or exaggerating - Costa and management really went above and beyond to get us approved against all odds, and we left with peace of mind AND lower interest rate than we were quoted anywhere else, along with some great advice for future refinancing. John even did a trade in for our old vehicle, took care of picking it up from the mechanic it was left stranded at, and returning our rental to Enterprise for us. We are very happy with our Honda Accord Sport, professionalism, service, and responsiveness of the Courtesy Nissan team. More

complaint I am happy with the vehicle but not with the way I have been done since I bought the unit. I was asked to email on Monday by pay check stub and a utility bill. I have done that. I have tried to call everyday since to make sure the email was received and have not been able to get ahold of anyone but Juan (my sales person). I spoke to him on Tuesday and told him what was going on and he said he would call me back. Well it is Thursday and I have not heard from him or anyone else as of yet. I have an appointment on Friday concerning a vibration on the front and there are 2 chipped spots by where the tag goes. More

Brian got to the problem of our key and the time setting, even though he said he had never seen anything like it. The young gentleman that came out to help, didn’t catch his name, was very polite and quick. And of course we really appreciated the free car wash with the nasty pollen problem we are having here in Florida. More
