Untrustworthy & no accountability I came in for a simple oil change at Courtesy Nissan Of Tampa, the person who serviced my car cracked the oil pan, causing it to leak. This repair cos I came in for a simple oil change at Courtesy Nissan Of Tampa, the person who serviced my car cracked the oil pan, causing it to leak. This repair cost me over $500. After contacting the General Manager (Brendan O'Brien), he put little to no effort in resolving this. After giving me the go-around and making himself unavailable for over a week, he concluded and said he did not "feel" he was obligated to resolve or address this. Due to this experience I would not recommend anyone to this dealership. More

Josh was amazing. He met us promply, very friendly, knew every answer about the Rogue. He made everything we asked for happen! We started on the internet, then the phone and went to see the car. So being a research internet person went to YELP to read your review's. The name Anthony Rivas kept popping up with outstanding customer reviews so before coming down I called and asked for Anthony to call me when free. He returned call in a few mins, told him I was in no rush to purchase but I would like to have him as my salesman. He said come on down will find the right car for you, whatever you need. Well the reviews were right, had no stress or pressure at all and he is funny and a pleasure to work with. I could write alot more but to sum it all up I ended up buying a 2019 Rogue Sport mainly because of the great service and information given by Anthony. I will for sure reccomend your dealership and him to my friends if they are thinking of purchasing a Nissan. You are very fortunate to have him as an employee.
