Purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue 6/5/20. The crash sensor warning light came on 8/3/20. We took the car in on 8/6/20 and Jose Bonilla the Service Advisor told us we could pick it up on 8/7/2020 by 10am which warning light came on 8/3/20. We took the car in on 8/6/20 and Jose Bonilla the Service Advisor told us we could pick it up on 8/7/2020 by 10am which was that Friday. Called that friday morning to be told the car was not ready because they needed to order a part. We were told the part was ordered and would be in 9/4/2020. No phone call or contact until i called on 9/9/2020 to Jose Bonilla and asked when was the part coming in he responded with i called and checked with several vendors and they only had one replacement part in the state of florida and that could not let him get it. You and i both know that was (BS). Jose Bonilla was very unprofessional the way he was speaking to us was rude and condescending and he should not be in any position that customers are involved or animals for that matter. My vehicle is new and not used and under warranty. Nissan is going to repair my vehicle no matter how high i have to escalate this matter. Your service department needs to take a class on being courteous. I will never do business with courtesy Nissan again or recommend this dealership to anyone. I was actually really nervous about going to a dealership by myself. I had already been treated badly at a different dealership and so I was a bit nervous calling into Courtesy Nissan. When I went in for my appointment with Anthony he did his very best along with Jonathan, to work with me and my budget. They didn’t put any pressure on me and walked me through all of the steps.
